They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."

Wood stains last anywhere from two to five years, depending on exposure to the elements, your local climate, the type of stain, and the surface it’s on. For instance, vertical surfaces last longer than horizontal surfaces. Some types of woods, like dense hardwoods, will require a recoat yearly, as they are too dense for the stain to absorb. Stain is meant to be absorbed by the porous wood, allowing some of the natural grain to show through.
