Mr. Milum responded immediately to my call for an estimate, was always punctual and called if there were any changes to his schedule. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after job was done. I would like to use his services at a later date for more interior and exterior painting.

It was professionally completed and Brett and his employees were very courteous and friendly. Before Brett began painting he had sent a paint specialist from Sherwin Williams to our home to go over different color ideas and trim patterns that we could choose from. I would recommend his company to all of my family and friends. When the job was completed we felt like we have a new home.

Pressure washed, 5 gal. paint, brush and roller used, 2 coats bottom 8 ft. all around, 1 coat upper portion, under 40 hrs.

He showed up within the window of time set and worked independently - cleaned up and locked up when he was finished. He did a good job, neat and when we needed it.

Terrible quality, very unprofessional! Good price but after paying someone else to fix what he had done, it was a terrible price. Quoted 2 coats and only painted 1 coat except for 1 accent wall. In some places you could actually see through the paint. He said he didn't think the walls neeed a second coat. Left huge gouges in my wood floors. Showed up late and had no respect for our schedule. I paid for a professional painter and he brought his kids to paint! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Yelled at me when I told him I expected a professional paint job!

Brett Milum is a very efficient, conscientious, professional painter. This is the third time we have hired him in the past two years. We will gladly have him do more work for us when needed.
It is a pleasure to have a reliable contractor who knows how to do a job right. So nice to know that when Brett does a job, there will NOT be a mess to cleanup afterwards.
We are very comfortable having Brett work on our property and in our home whether or not we are present, Trustworthy.
Brett is teaching his sons the trade. The sons are very respectful and professional.
