"We installed a new roof at this location in 2003. The leaking he had after the install was from ice back, which is an act of God and not covered under our service warranty. The second leak he had was at a breezeway roof that we did not do but sealed as good customer service. The breezeway continued to leak and we continued to service the leak. I am sorry Mr. [Member Name Removed] is not a happy customer."
The estimator that came out initially took his time, answered all my questions and was helpful with suggestions for anticipated projects.
The reason I am writing this review now is because I called the contractor the week of June 1, 2015 with a concern I had with the gutter installation. With the heavy rains we recently experienced, there appeared to be some leaking behind the gutters--I asked if they could come out and inspect the work to make sure the installation was intact. My contact at the office was so pleasant and helpful and set up a time for a representative to come out. Brett, the representative who happened to be my initial contact with the company came out, got on the roof, walked the entire area where the gutters were attached--even cleaned out debris that was caught in the mesh netting on the gutters. He answered my questions and reassured me that all was fine, the work was intact. I can't say enough good things about the exceptional customer service that was extended to me during and after this project. I definitely recommend them, especially if you are interested in roofing (they did do some minor repair on mine during my project).

"After much investigation, I cannot find Mr. [removed member name] as a customer in our lead source or sold jobs. I do believe this was done by another company."
"I apologize for the lack in communication after you had chosen our company to do your job. I was hospitalized, not that I am making excuses, early in November, very unexpectedly for over a week. My condition was very severe and it took me until mid December to be able to come back to work full time. The office staff was a little overwhelmed in my absence and they were doing the best they could until I returned. Again I apologize for the miscommunication and if there is anything we can do for you, please let me know. Drene Matias, Office Manager"
Last week, due to the storm, Sandy, I had a very small leak in the living room and wanted it looked at. I called and left a message on Wednesday and was called back within a couple of hours. I was given an appointment for Saturday which I thought was quite good considering that I'm certain other people had bigger issues. When I mentioned that I could wait since this was such a small leak and was sure it wasn't as big of a priority as other people may have, I was told that ALL issues were important to them and none were important than others. I appreciated that and thought that was very professional. I was called the day before to confirm the appointment which was for 1:00. I received a call from Mike at about 10:30 on Saturday asking if it was possible for him to come around 11:00 if I was home. I also thought that was very professional and that he didn't just show up early. So in terms of communicating, I think they are top notch. Mike checked out the roof and found that a nail had lifted and punched a hole in the shingle which he recommended having replaced, but due to the fact that it was just a small issue, I have since decided to repair it myself. However, I have to add, that he gave me a break on their minimum price and he wrote up an order since I had initially said to do it. On Monday, I called and left a message and also sent an e-mail asking that the order be cancelled and why and received an e-mail response within an hour from Drene. Again, I appreciated that the response was so quick and I could take it off my "to-do" list. I think they are great in terms of responsiveness. My biggest pet peeve is when a company does not respond, which is not the case here. I have had no problems with this company or their work and would certainly call them again if I had an issue.
I really cannot comment on their pricing since we didn't really shop around at that time which is the only reason I did not give them an "A" since I don't really know how they would compare. But I'm also not all about price, provided it's reasonalbe, and have learned that sometimes you only get what you pay for. Some of the reviews I have read here, if I were looking for a company now, would have given me pause, but I can say from personal experience, that none of those issues would apply to us, particularly on their attention and responsiveness.
