Great. Joe was very professional, timely and the job was well done from what I could determine without digging into the dirt (was raining upon my most recent visit). Did not evidence any large pieces of stump on the surface and surface was level.

Joe was very responsive. When I left a message on his phone he called back promptly. I hired him to grind up 13 stumps in the backyard of my daughter's new house and to cut down a partial tree trunk. He came out, gave us a great estimate, then the next day or so came over and did the work quickly and professionally. We were very very happy with the whole experience and he will be my "go to" guy for future work.

Great experience with Joe. His work was excellent and fairly priced and he did a nice job of communicating with me around his arrival time.

I had a tall (approx. 3 ft) stump left from a maple that had been cut down. It was about 1 1/2 feet in diameter. Joe was able to cut off the excess with his chain saw, and then used his machine to chew that stump up in a matter of minutes. Everything was great - quick response, polite, able to do the work the same day as I received the quote. One word of warning... if you have a dog, the wonderfully neat pile Joe leaves you will not be that way for long! So my advice is to get that mulch cleaned up and into the area where you want it before your dog has a field day digging through it. Actually, she looked like she was having such a great time, it was almost worth it. :-)

It was good. They had a small wood chipper that they walked into our backyard. We are going to need to put down new topsoil and plant new grass. They didn't remove the chips but apparently that's standard.

Excellent service. Joe provided a free estimate and did the work right after the estimate was accepted. Would highly recommend his services.

Joe was referred to me my Jim's All Seasons.  They removed the trees but the oak stump was in a location they couldn't get their stump grinding equipment to.  Joe has a unit that maneuvers off a truck and into more inaccessible places.

When I was ready to have the stump removed I called Joe and he came out within a couple days.  He even offered to do it on a Saturday but that wasn't necessary.  He arrived as scheduled.

He was courteous and very professional.  He explained there would be a lot of wood chips. He ground the stumps down enough so that the concrete guys for a new garage could lay footers and then a fence could be installed.  He left his card and said to call if there was any problem when it came time to put in the footers.  He also explained to me how to have the fence installed so any stump left would not be an issue.

Great customer service, a job well done and he charged me the original quoted price by the tree removal company.

Joe was very prompt in returning my phone calls.  He also followed up on the progress of completing the project.  Excellent customer service. I would use him again in the future.

I had a 42" diameter maple tree cut down last spring. Joe was referred to me by the tree service and stopped out that night to see what he was up against. We made arrangements for him to come back in a few weeks so I could split and clear the wood from the area. His son was the one who initially came out to grind the stump. He was on time and very polite. Joe came later in the day to help finish the stump, it probably took 6-8 hours total. All in all, it was a good experience and I would use them again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stump Busters to friends and family. Thanks guys!

One in the back yard and the stump of my forty foot blue spruce. He cleaned up the debris and hauled it away and cleaned up the yard. Was very polite and courteous. Very professional. Would definitely use him again. Have recommended him to others.

Communication was excellent. He completed the job ahead of schedule. He left the area clean and cleared.

When I called Joe at the Stump Busters, he was nice and polite. He indicated that he was in the area and could be at our residence in about one hour to provide us with an estimate. He arrived on time, as stated, and had his machine with him. He gave me a quote for my stump and a quote for my neighbor's. When we agreed on the price and I inquired as to when he could do the work, he said that he had his machine and could do it now if that was ok with us.
He did a thorough job. My neighbor and I are both happy with the work he did. Furthermore, given the large pile of chips left during the work, Joe told me that if we needed him to come back and grind some more after we removed the debris, he would do it at no additional charge. He was obviously eager to ensure that we were happy with his work, which we were/are, without question.

It went very well. Joe was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and very flexible and prompt with scheduling. He showed up on time. I showed him what I wanted done and he went right to work. He cleaned up when he was done and even leveled the area out for me when he was done with his machine. He saved me a lot of time and aggravation (and probably a chiropractor visit). He was very nice to deal with and I will definitely use him again in the future if needed.

Joe DiNardo and his colleague were quick and did a great job. He quoted us a higher price before he started the work which we agreed to. When he was done he ended up charging us less indicating that some of the stumps were rotted and did not take as much time or effort to grind up. The original quoted price was great and the discount was even better received.

Joe DiNardo came as scheduled with a well maintained stump grinder and removed the 2 stumps in the back yard. He put up a safety screen so the chips would not go into my pond and completed the job very professionally. I would highly recommend him.

I thought that they did a good job. The pricing was reasonable. He was able to go ahead and do the work the day he came out.

This is actually the second time Joe's been out to the house. He ground out 6 stumps this time (3 stumps last year). Each time he's come out, he's been very accommodating and easy to work with when things are less than perfect. For example, last year he hit a handful of rocks around the stumps he was grinding and started digging to remove them. This year, the stumps were two to three feet off the ground so he cut them closer to the ground with a chain saw before grinding each stump. I've recommended him to neighbors.

JOE DOES THIS WORK IN THE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS AFTER WORKING CONSTRUCTION DURING THE DAY. HE COMES OUT AND GIVES A FREE ESTIMATE AND WORKS WITH YOU ON THE BEST TIMING TO COMPLETE. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

JOE CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE THE SAME DAY I CALLED. ONCE I DECIDED TO GO WITH HIM, HE WAS OUT THERE DOING THE JOB THE SAME DAY. JOE AND HIS WORKER WERE VERY POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.
