The rear section is not level with the retaining wall. The caps were incorrectly installed, and some them are chipped. There are ruts in my yard and further damage and there is a gap behind the wall. The ground wall is improperly graded. There are several rocks in my yard as well.

They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."
