"I have a contract with them. It doesn’t cost anything because I’m signed up for the year. The quality is very good, excellent. They’re kind of slow getting out here. They will call and tell you they’re going to be here. They call like an hour before they get here. I have used them for 20 years. I think they have to hire more people because if you are on their comfort plan, they did the air conditioning and the furnace. The air conditioning is about a month down the road and you are already in season. When they did the furnace in October or November, you are already in the season. That’s what I would say there."

Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Called Slawinski next day, and they made repair that day without cutting into ceiling of finished, basement family room. I was very pleased that the work was not as invasive as I'd anticipated.
