They took out the old carpet upstairs which revealed an old Lakewood hardwood floor with some rough spots. After John finished the job you would not be able to tell anything was wrong. I am very satisfied with the end result. John was also very easy to work with - I left a lockbox at the house and had complete peace of mind. They removed the old carpet, repaired the floor, moved the furniture, installed new carpet and cleaned up before moving on to the next room. When I saw them vacuuming the first room before starting on the second room I knew I would forever use this company for all future carpet installations.
