"MIRACLE METHOD SURFACE REFINISH REVIEW 3/2/2025 I recently had wall tiles installed in my tub/shower surround and was shocked at how bad my old bathtub looked against the new tiles. My contractor and plumber recommended Miracle Method, so I felt confident in having them refinish my bathtub. Jerry was the contractor for my job, which took 2 half days. Day 1: Jerry did a powerful cleaning and removed the grouting/caulking that touched the tub. After preparing the tub, he then sprayed on the paint. Day 2: Jerry came back to buff and polish the tub and apply a non-skid finish on the tub's bottom. He then reapplied the grouting. My tub looks like it’s brand new. Well done, Jerry! I would recommend Miracle Method Surface Refinish. They were easy to work with and provided a professional refinish. I was, however, surprised at how costly this was. Linda Whitacre"

"Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

"I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! "Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"
