They quoted us $125 an hour to move a couch from our living room to the basement and after we agreed to use them and after it was already too late to hire someone else, they told us there was an addition $150 trip charge just so their workers would show up to the house. If that was the case, they should have disclosed the "trip charge" in the initial quote. Very sketchy. I would not trust this company. Do not use them.

We hired Efficient Moving to help us with a 4 stop move to locations both locally and out of state. We can not complement Troy and his team for the service we received enough! It was outstanding in all regards. Troy was such a great help and the staff was very professional and easy to have around. They went above and beyond what we expected from a moving company and even accommodated our move when we needed to change moving dates at the last minute. Everything arrived on time and safely. 5 stars!!!!!

These guys are terrific and professional. They move and care for your stuff as if it were theirs. Good value for the charges. Much better service than the national companies. Expertise is evident. Disassembles, moved and reassembled pool tables. Moved an upright (as in heavy) downstairs. Highly recommend.

Travis and Ben were awesome! They moved 2 mattress', a huge buffet, 2 dining room tables, a coffee table and 2 nightstands all in 1 hour. They are fun. Hire them! Price was excellent!

Professional, courteous, and skilled. This is how I would describe Efficient Moving. The company was responsive in providing a written estimate after talking with me over the phone regarding the specific items that needed moved and met my needs for quick scheduling of a local move that needed to occur within a couple of weeks. The young men who came out to the house were timely, skilled in moving to make things go smoothly through tight spaces, and conscientious about my home and items being moved. I was very pleased with the service they provided and highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Efficient Moving company. Troy was knowledgeable and professional and significantly less expensive than two other companies who provided estimates. Travis, Ben and Ben were the movers and they could not have been better. They were clean, courteous and hard working. They made moving large pieces of furniture look easy, and they did it with a smile. I was dreading moving day but these guys made it fun and did a fantastic job. Definitely call them for an estimate of you're considering a move.

Our movers were Travis and Ben. They were punctual, cheerful, professional, and VERY careful in moving the various items. Troy in the office responded to my initial e-mail the same day. Price based on travel plus per hour fee - Travis and Ben completed the work in about 40 minutes. I would definitely use this company again.

We have used Efficient Moving several times over the last 5 years. We feel very lucky to have found them! They have done both big and small jobs for us (moving our 5500 sf home, and also separately moving treadmills from basements to upper levels, etc..). They are easy to work with, Troy is super organized, and great about trying to work with requested dates/time frames. They are very reasonably priced, show up on time, work hard and are very careful with everything, We have always been impressed with how courteous their movers are, they have a great crew that has worked for them for years. Shawn has moved us several times, and even remembers many of our special requests. Most recently we used Efficient Moving to move my elderly father-in-law from the Dayton area to Columbus senior living. Shawn and Travis arrived on time, and made what could have become a stressful event a lot easier. They were polite and made conversation and even laughed at my father-in-laws many jokes. :) It was so nice of them to take time to make him feel good about his change in living situations, along with handling themselves professionally and meticulously. We are very picky, and we highly recommend Efficient Moving!

Excellent Service. The group that came out was extremely friendly and professional. They went out of their way to help with things that were not even on the list and they gave numerous "helpful hints" along they way ... This was my first time moving and they've clearly done this a lot, so they've seen it all. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!

We have used this company 3 times in the past 5 years. One was a local move and the other two were an hour and a half away. They are professional, efficient and very careful moving our furniture. We never lost anything in a move and when we had minor damage to our couch in one move, they immediately took care of it without any questions. We would use them again without question.

It was fantastic. They were on time, communicated with me in every step of the process and THEY DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING!
The move occurred over two days. We did walkthru's throughout the process and before the left they even repositioned some furniture for me.
I was so thrilled with their service. I have worked with other movers that weren't as professional, not as cost effective and didn't stand behind their warranty when they broke stuff. This was an awesome experience and I highly recommend this company.
