"Chris with Friesen Family Renovations, LLC was very professional and thorough in the work he has completed. He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "I contacted Binnacle Property Management for estimates on several projects. I was really impressed with the timely response I received, unlike two local contractors that were a no show. Binnacle's travel distance was an hour to my home, in which that basically gave me the impression that the customer was going to be top priority.
