"I contacted Binnacle Property Management for estimates on several projects. I was really impressed with the timely response I received, unlike two local contractors that were a no show. Binnacle's travel distance was an hour to my home, in which that basically gave me the impression that the customer was going to be top priority. We discussed the projects (carport installation, deck rebuild and deck roof). I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and excellent craftsmanship! UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."
