After I called a man showed up and, after seeing that I had a patio, said that patios are where ants live and no wonder I had an ant problem. He said that they have a spray that they use on patios but didn't use it last year. He said he'd make a note to apply it this year which had me wondering why they didn't use the spray in the first place knowing that my patio is where ants live. Go figure. He did put out a poison and we haven't seen any ants since. Thank goodness for the "guarantee.""
