Absolutely perfect and adorable!

Jason's crew patched small holes, d**** and damage from nail pops and twenty years of kids wear-and-tear. Painted the ceilings, walls and trim in each bedroom and the hallway. Looks fantastic! They additionally painted the exterior trim and ceiling of our porch. Crisp and clean. As with any job, there were a few small things we noticed afterward, but they came back promptly for touch-up, and made everything look great! Jason and his crew were very polite and personable. We'll be happy to hire them in the future for additional jobs.

Jason and his crew were professional, punctual, worked quickly and did a great job! I noticed that some additional touch-ups were done that were not even part of the original quote.

Jason sent 2 younger people to do the painting at my house but they were very good and he came both days to check on them and follow up with me to make sure I was happy with their work.

Pleased with service. Job was delayed due to weather ( no fault of painter ) but they followed up and kept in touch as needed , I did not have to . Very impressed as this was small and last minute job for them . FYI they employ young ( college?) kids but they were very professional .

Extremely well! I used Jason Griggs and his small but scrappy crew to repaint the interior of a home I sold just prior to purchasing this new home. They did a tremendous job for me then, at a reasonable price, so I enlisted them for this larger, more difficult job. There was wallpaper to be removed and painted over, numerous drywall repairs, caulking, and generally a lot of prep work before the actual painting could begin. They also had to work in two different phases -- prep and paint the rooms that were not being remodeled, and wait for a couple months while other rooms were being remodeled, then come back and prep and paint those rooms. All in all, this spanned a period from October to January. They did their usual outstanding job! I am so happy I was able to secure their services again. Jason is a former engineer who pays keen attention to detail. He really takes pride in doing a high quality, thorough job and will do whatever it takes to walk away with a satisfied customer. He has a great customer service attitude and often agrees when you point a blemish out, saying they will quickly take care of it. He and his crews are very trustworthy. They earned my trust on my first job at the old house -- I let them come and go as they needed, while I was away at work. Same in this case; I allowed them full rein of the house, and did not do anything special to put things away. They really are that trustworthy! It's nice when you feel that trust with a service provider. They do quality work, aren't happy unless you're happy, will do whatever it takes to make you happy, treats your home and belongings with respect, and makes you feel like you're the customer and you come first! I cannot recommend them enough. If I were you and need some painting done, I'd call The Griggs Company. I know I will contact them for all my painting needs in the future.

Great. Fast excellent wallpaper removal

I couldn't have been happier. Jason's attention to detail, from painting intricate molding to dealing with electrical issues (the fan), were just part of what makes the kitchen look great. It was such a relief knowing the job was in Jason's hands. He has done work in my house many times and once again he did not disappoint.

Wonderful experience. Jason, the owner, communicated with me every step of the way and this was a small job so I wasn't expecting that much attention. He personally came to my home for the estimate, checked on the progress and came back to make sure I was happy. When I expressed some concerns over brush marks, he repainted with another coat to make sure I was satisfied. I told him I would definitely use him again when I repaint my great room next spring.

Incredibly well. The owner showed up the same day I asked for a quote and was able to get his guys out very quickly. His guys worked hard and did a great job. They even corrected a few mistakes the previous painters left years ago. They fixed all the holes I put in the drywall from hanging things, taking them down, and hanging them back up again.

Everything went great. Jason and his team came in and worked wonders on our home after a horrific flooding incident. We had to have wallpaper removed in our powder room and several rooms needed repainting. He was extremely punctual and kept good communication with us the entire time. He was true to his pricing estimate as well. It was a great value. We would definitely recommend him and The Griggs Company to anyone who needs this work done!

Jason and his team were outstanding.  They were consistently on time, did quality work, and cleaned up each evening before they left.  Despite working on a tight deadline, Jason ensured my project would be done (Thanks Jason!).  I would definitely hire again.

Jason Griggs and his small team did an awesome job! The quality and attention to detail that he brings to the job are excellent. Because he is highly rated on Angie's List, he was also in high demand. While I could afford to wait almost 3 months for him to have an opening, it was worth the wait. I was very satisfied. It was completed several days earlier than initially estimated, too. I had a two-story family room with very high ceilings, crown molding with intricate detail, columns that required detailed trim, and about 10 rooms, a two-story entryway/foyer, long hallways, and a loft. It was an extensive amount of work. Not only was the quality top-notch, but Jason is very good at communicating and doing what he says he will do. He kept me posted when they would begin, gave me daily updates, and when the job was near finished, he walked through the entire house with me to ensure I was satisfied. He consistently worked an 8-hour day, showed up between 8:00-8:30am each day, and finished between 4:30-5:00pm. He was great to work with, respected my property, cleaned up well each day, and when the job was complete, removed everything and left my house in the same condition it was prior to the start of work. His team will move furniture, remove draperies, fixtures, etc. for you. He will put furniture back and he will re-install anything that needs to be put back up. He is a conscientious professional and is respectful and deferential to the customer. He is a refreshing professional to deal with, on top of being a great painter. I could not be at the house every day, as I had to work, and I was able to trust him with my garage code to come and go as needed. He and his team proved to be trustworthy, and after a couple days, I had no worries at giving he and his crew open access to my house and the belongings. You will be very happy working with Jason and he will do a great job for you. I am a picky customer and I really demand high quality. So if I can be satisfied, anyone can be satisfied. Oh, and I found his prices to be pretty reasonable, too.

The work was done when they said it would be and according to weather.  Everyone who worked for or represented the company was very professional.  I felt comfortable with them on my property and felt they were very trustworthy.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jason and Josh did an excellent job! They arrived on time and worked hard all day. They did a great job repairing the holes in our walls (there were many - large and small). They were able to finish the job in one day, which we did not expect, because it was a large job. Jason was easy to work with, polite, hard working and professional. We highly recommend him and would definitely call him back again!

He began the project on schedule as promised; kept us updated on progress; consulted with us on suggested minor repairs and the cost to do the repairs. His original quote pointed out that if repairs were needed, he would provide an estimate of cost to complete before doing the repairs.  The estimates were very reasonable and the work was completed as he committed.  His crew was attentive and respectful of our home and landscaping.  Each day they cleaned up the work area thoroughly.
Jason Griggs has done several other painting and wallpaper removal projects for us.   Each time he is very thorough in his quotes and the completed work is excellent.  We will continue to use his services as needed and recommend the Griggs Company to everyone.
