"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."

He went out to his truck, got the needed part, and proceeded to replace it, which indeed fixed the problem. He then went beyond the fix and checked outside to make sure the condenser unit was working properly and was in good condition. From time of call to cold air was around an hour and ten minutes.
