I had already purchased an Aquasana OptimH2O whole house water filter and a Phyn Plus Smart Water Assistant + Shutoff (automatically shuts off water main upon detecting a leak). They did the installation of these two devices into the water main. Jim did a superb job of installing not only a functional system, but also one that looks great. They are always my "go to" for plumbers -- have used them many times and regardless of the plumber they send out, have always been pleased with the process and the result. They offer a 10% senior discount on labor (but not parts). Note that they do not have a fixed amount trip charge like some, but they do start the labor clock when they call you as they are leaving their last job so you are paying for their travel time."

He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier."

"They are dedicated to doing everything correctly and work very hard.When Martin came to find out what the problem was he actually started to try to unclog my kitchen sink. I actually caused the problem by believing in a commercial about the blue sticks advertised on T.V. and on stores shelves. Please do not use them or Roto Rooter products claiming they will do the job of unclogging your drains. They plugged the pipe worse than the blue sticks. I ended up with plugged pipes under my mobile home. Both Mr. and Mrs. Plumbing worked well into the late evening to fix my problem so I wouldn't have to go another day unable to use my kitchen sink. I will not hesitate to call them again if needed nor will I ever hesitate to refer them to family and friends. They are very good and stand behind their work."

"The work went very well. Two technicians came and they got the job done in less than a hour. Unclogging the kitchen sink required clearing the drain. Anticipating they'd need to clear the drain, I emptied out the cabinet underneath the sink. However, the work was done through an outside drainpipe that connects to the septic system. There were several options & corresponding costs for the service -- [if I'm understanding correctly] the essence of which would be clearing the drain with progressively tool[s] and a warranty-- the most expensive option was $400+. I didn't opt for the more expensive service. The option I selected was a regular drain clearing, which includes a camera scoping of the drain pipe once the line is cleared, which I've scheduled for another day. I had a smaller problem with a bathroom sink. The stopper was not allowing the water to drain at a regular pace. At no extra cost, the tech tweaked/ adjusted the stopper height and now the sink drains fine."
