"Make sure when your windows are measured, that you request and installation professional and the measurement individual to come together to measure your windows. Because if there is an error in measurements the delay will not be compensated for the time you need to adjust your work schedule, if you work and need to be home during the install. I had to take off two days and another one for an upcoming window that was miss measured. Excellent quality of Windows however and excellent installation professionals."

The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. We especially liked supporting two excellent companies (Window Depot USA of Youngstown and ProVia) who are headquartered locally in Ohio and in the Youngstown area and Sugarcreek, respectively."

This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly. Walter and Mike also from production were very friendly and professional. And Shawn, the window installer was polite,knowlagable, and efficient. And even cleaned up on his way out.
