Because if there is an error in measurements the delay will not be compensated for the time you need to adjust your work schedule, if you work and need to be home during the install. "I called and the next day the sales rep came out to our building with samples to pick from and she was very informative about the products and professional. I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing. Also was able to schedule a sunday Installation when the lab was closed. The installer was here early, very courteous , professional and efficient. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
