Ohio Exteriors LLCI didn’t know what to expect, since I’ve never had a project on my house anywhere close to this size. I’m used to piecemeal work with details I have to work out after the contractor leaves. Ohio Exteriors took care of everything from start to finish and the process was very smooth. The people are top notch, all questions answered and concerns addressed quickly and courteously. The sunroom itself is very high quality. There are so many prefabricated options but this one could change many opinions of what a sunroom looks and feels like. We had ours added on to the back of an existing dining room addition on a small cape cod. We already got good pass through light in our house because of the layout and now we have this very cool reveal as we had the previous window cut open into a doorway, so that the sunroom is just a natural part of the house. We can’t wait to put in the finishing touches (we opted to handle paint and flooring) and hang out in there all the time. We won’t be able to move for several years but desperately needed the extra space. We will definitely hire Ohio Exteriors again for additional exterior work we have planned.- Caity W.

Janice was the first person I talked to when calling and asking for an estimate. She was personable and professional. She told me the time span to expect. She kept to her word and front office communication was great. James came out to give an estimate. He was up front and honest. He knew what he was talking about and told me what to expect. James emailed me an estimate explaining what work was to be done and cost. When we decided to go with Ohio Exteriors, James came back out to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding the work to be done and the papers were signed for work. After I was put on the schedule, the communication was great. The lead worker, Derek was nice and communicated well. The entire crew was awesome and respectful of my property and did excellent work. When they took off the siding they discovered some additional wood rot and repair that was needed. They, again, had excellent communication and they were quick to fix the unexpected repairs that were needed. Ohio Exteriors did a wonderful job. The final product and repairs were all well done. I feel that they do work like they are working on their own property. All repairs were done and done right. The exterior of my sunporch looks great and has withstood some hard rains and weather since Ohio Exteriors completed the job. I would definitely recommend them. Ohio Exteriors LLCOhio Exteriors did an excellent job rebuilding an old screened-in porch on our 100-year old home. They were punctual and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent! They completely rebuilt the porch, put in new structural support cedar beams, installed new flat rubber roof, installed new stained-wood ceiling, hung two chandeliers, hung four ceiling fans, installed new screen door and all new screens, and painted the entire porch. Patio Room Factory IncMark and his crew did a great job on our 4 seasons room. We needed extra space and they did quality, professional work at a competitive price. Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. He replaced almost every light fixture, bathroom fixtures, corrected bad plumbing in a half bath, enclosed my sunroom to make it an all-season room, replaced broken garbage disposal and so much more. Great experience! We have done 2 projects with them and they are great to work with Sam on the first project was very good and did a great job. Kody, Mike and Art on the master bath remodel were very patient and easy to work with. Very happy with the finished product. We ran into a few bumps with COVID causing a disruption but everything was worked out quickly and resolved satisfactorily. They come back to take care of any small details after the job quickly. My only suggestion is to have someone like Mike or Kody at some of the initial meetings to make the details go smoother, there was some confusion on the part of our designer about what could and could not be done. Kody and Mike and Jarod were wonderful about explaining things and making sure everything went well and coming up with solutions. We would not hesitate to use them again!
