    Great experience! We have done 2 projects with them and they are great to work with Sam on the first project was very good and did a great job. Kody, Mike and Art on the master bath remodel were very patient and easy to work with. Very happy with the finished product. We ran into a few bumps with COVID causing a disruption but everything was worked out quickly and resolved satisfactorily. They come back to take care of any small details after the job quickly. My only suggestion is to have someone like Mike or Kody at some of the initial meetings to make the details go smoother, there was some confusion on the part of our designer about what could and could not be done. Kody and Mike and Jarod were wonderful about explaining things and making sure everything went well and coming up with solutions. We would not hesitate to use them again

    I used Fresh Touch the last time I had my house painted. That paint job lasted 10 years and I've never had a paint job last that long so I contracted with them again. The crew finished the job in 2 and a half days and did a great job. They were very detail oriented and easy to work with. I wouldn't hire any other painting company

Priced around a couple of options and he was by far the most affordable AND it came with everything included we weren’t finding at other companies as everything became add on fees (permits, mirrors, etc). Todd kept in touch weekly and let me know when/who would be coming and all of the contractors were on time. Quality is great and they were able to replicate my new build materials from the first floor for a seamless transition in style. I would highly recommend , we love our new basement

    Well it Started April 5,2021 our downstairs was out dated and need a complete makeover, the Carpenters that were there did a superb job! Thank you Jason and Austin for making sure we got what we wanted , I over saw every detail that went into making the downstairs a beautiful place for my mom. Parks is truly a very nice and loyal person, every now and then we butted heads, but we both worked through it, to get what you want I’ve probably changed the plan 100 different ways to make my moms place perfect. When parks and I sat down I thought I covered everything turns out, it was just minor, to what we changed, I know the carpenters weren’t happy, but I was. But in the end every one did a super job. But for now I’m ready to just enjoy the new place we built for her. Thank you Ais Renovations for doing a super fantastic job. I actually think our bathroom should be on their website, it is truly spectacular

    This is the 2nd time we've hired Dan, this time for several hours of help getting us started on a DIY kitchen-backsplash project. Dan arrived on time and did a great job covering all the bases we'd hoped for: initial prep of the area (including wrapping the sides of switches and outlets with electrical tape); planning how to run the tile; mixing mortar; wet saw operation (we supplied the wet saw in addition to the tile and tile-related materials); applying the tile; and cuts around outlets. At the end of our time with him, we felt confident enough to tackle the rest on our own. We've since finished (now ready for grout) and really pleased at how it's turned out. Thanks Dan

    This is an outstanding company to work with. We remodeled two bathrooms and the kitchen. The estimates were in line with the other companies and there were no "surprises" at the end. We were pleased that they could begin the project earlier than we had thought, since we had sub-flooring issues. A plan was made that would allow us to live in the house as the renovations were made. First, one bathroom would be completed in two weeks, and then the second bath and the kitchen would start and be completed in the next 3 weeks. Ann sent us a plan which described what would happen daily, and the 5-week project was completed exactly on time. The first bathroom had a complete tear-out including walls and ceiling. Then, a new shower and tile, flooring, drywall, new fixtures, lighting, exhaust fan, and cabinets were installed. The second bath -similar to the first- and kitchen were next, and it continued on schedule even after unexpected sub-floor issues were corrected. In the kitchen they replaced cabinets, sink, and countertops, repaired drywall, installed new flooring, ceiling lights, and a dishwasher, and installed additional cabinets for storage. They also painted all three rooms. All the workers were experienced, friendly and professional. They came on time each day as scheduled. Jerry came often throughout the project to check on things and to answer any questions or concerns. Phone calls and emails to Ann at the office were handled quickly and pleasantly. We felt we were working less with a company than with a Team we could trust

    About 4 years ago Elite completely remodeled my kitchen. They were great to work with then and I love the kitchen every day. So this spring when I had some other projects in mind, I contacted Amber their designer. At the top of my list was refinishing the oak floors. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to squeeze me in during August. The project was supervised by Steve who was excellent to work with. He came out before the work began and walked me through the process. The actual team of subcontractors (Aaron, Gabe and Brian) worked steadily and efficiently. After sanding the floors, I needed help choosing the right stain. They painted options on the floor and helped me think through the one that best suited my needs. Even though they were on a schedule, they never "rushed" my decision. The floors were finished in 5 days and they look wonderful. Steve then came back to finish the strip around the baseboards and to help me re position my furniture. This is a quality organization that hires quality workers. I always am pleased with their work and I always enjoy working with them

I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done.
