"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.

Also, they replaced our mailbox and two of the gates on our backyard chain-linked fence. It was a wonderful job!! They finished in just a couple trips.
