Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. Note, another contractor started the job and there was a ton of work needed to not only finish the project but actually repair virtually the entire thing.
