Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend the Patio Room Factory!"

"My experience with this company was excellent. Zeb was high level, professional, prompt and decisive. The job that needed completed was a 25x25 slab for my basketball court. Note, another contractor started the job and there was a ton of work needed to not only finish the project but actually repair virtually the entire thing. Zeb came out and answered all my questions and assured me that he could â  make it all goodâ  . He and his teamâ  s work was amazing. They arrived when he said they would and were ALL business.
