"Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.

"I was perfectly satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work performed. I had a couple hundred feet of rake board and vertical corner trim wrapped in aluminum, along with a fair amount of the original wood replaced with new material before being covered. The majority of this work was performed two stories up, so the cost of $5,800 struck me as a reasonable amount, compared to the effort and cost of equipment if I did it myself. The job took 1.5 days and payment wasn't charged until after I verbally confirmed my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to others."

During final walk around found a defective vinyl siding piece and nails showing. They fixed the issue promptly. Clean up complete that day including dumpster and excess material. "Initially service was very good. Laying the concrete was a 3 week process. The room structure was installed within 2days. However, the first day the structure was put up and not sealed. That night it rained and water pooled on the concrete and leaked into our house soaking carpet, pad, and subflooring by door leaving a stain. Once the room was completed it continued to have leaks in the roof, ruining our futon mattress. I would call about it and someone would come out the next day. They agreed to pay for carpet cleaning, but no mention of the futon. After the fifth repair, Patio Enclosures told us our home's roof was the cause. We had 3 seperate roofing companies evaluate and tell us it was not the roof. When I called Patio Enclosures to inform them of the report, Patti told me "Unbelievable. I've seen the pictures of your roof. There is no way it is our room!!" On a side note, we had our home's roof replaced due to wind damage 9/15/09. During this time we had issues with the loan issued by their approved bank. The letter attached to check states not to render payment until the services/supplies are delivered and installed to satisfactory condition. The initial loan approval expired 8/1/09, and we still had a leaking room. We re-applied for the loan asking for the same amount. We received a check with the same amount as the first check. While waiting for Patio Enclosures to solve the leaking roof problem, we received a certified letter stating our bill was overdue and if not paided by the following day, they would send it to a collection agency. I tried contacting manager and corporate office, however the call was always transferred to Patty. We gave Patio Enclosure the check issued to us ~9/23/09. Once payment was received, the roof continued to leak and service was downgraded. I called them on 10/2 and it took over 10 days for a call back and someone to come out. The roof continued to leak (the next day), I called again and it took over 2weeks for service. As of today it has not rained to see it this will be the final repair. Our neighbors recommended this company and now apologize weekly for the recommendation."

"The installation was amazing. They had all 15 replaced in a little over 4 hours. One gentleman replaced and the second followed behind, cleaning up and doing inside finishing. Three came back the next day to do outside insulation and trim. The windows are fabulous. My only problem has been getting the follow-up paperwork. I'm not terribly worried (at this point) because I am relying on their reputation to follow through."
