"Had Abe out to correct a clogged drain on a Sunday morning. Snaking didn’t work so he called for the water jet truck. Tony came out and they ran a camera and found a break. Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. They were both very professional and thorough, explaining every step as they went along. Gotta love a company that stands bytheir"

"I contacted and hired the Plunger Plumber because of uncontrollable leaking piping system. When Matt Technician arrived, he found that the water valve was faulty and needed to be replaced. However, he found that the root cause of the water leaking issue was the main shut-off valve was located outside somewhere in the devil stip. Therefore, the City of Akron was responsible. Since was found that it was actually Akron's property and responsibility it ignited a whole different issue while the pipes were still leaking. This issue had taken a different course of direction and problems. It was known that the City of Akron had to shut off replaced their old and faulty valve system. This a life of its own. In any event, Matt the technician handled this three-day issue with the utmost of expertise and professionalism. I could not have asked for a more friendly and confident plumber than Matt. "We were having an issue with low water pressure in our kitchen sink. The diagnosis was calcium deposits were clogging the faucet. DCS offered a few options; replace the faucet cartridge or replace the faucet. He also suggested installing a water softener to improve water quality. We decided replacing the faucet was the best choice. The costs for a like faucet plus installation was a little high for our budget. So we agreed to shop around on our own for a faucet and have DCS install it. No problem....James returned the very next day with a helper to do the installation. It took no time at all. Throughout the years we progressed to full color dvd burning cds and now we use usb port chip keys with full digital display. Our jetting was done by a mini jet that worked for many years, but as innovation required better equipment, we purchased a self-contained portable trailer jetter. We come to you onsite with 750 gallons of water ready to set your sewer free. Can you actually remember the last time you had your drains flushed by 3000 psi of water at 20 gallons a minute? Most of you will say never! Don’t let the mechanical snake guys take your money. All they do is poke a hole in the obstruction, get you relief, and then they are on their way. The proper way is to use a camera, find the obstruction and jet the blockage. The jet uses its multiple heads to clear blockage: from simple toilet paper block to an aggressive root problem. You will see in some of our pictures that the jet and snake can’t fix everything. Sometimes you have to dig to fix the serious issues.
