They removed the old heater and gave me detailed instructions on care and maintenance for the unit. I had a question about the water temperature and he stopped in the next morning to make sure it was set correctly which it was. Would definitely call them for my next project. "

"Called after hours, we were charged $400 for the first hour and told it would be $250 an hour if they couldn’t finish it in the first hour. 2 guys came ! Why I have no idea one person could have done the job! They told us it would cost $750 to remove the toilet to snake it ! Nope !!! They said they moved something and today it’s not working again ! They don’t want to help the consumers they want to price gouge and make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I do not recommend!!!"
