"Please don't use this company!! They came to my house to blow out my sprinkler system and that went ok but Jim said that my system had weak valves or solenoid's and then apparently to prove his point he snapped one off in the valve box. He then took me over to an outside electrical junction box and said that chipmunks had gotten in and were chewing the wires, when I started to bend down to see what he was talking about he pushed himself in and said, "here let me help you", and got out his folding knife and began to jam it into the box all the way to the bottom as though he was digging in the soil in the bottom of the can. The he started telling me that I had a lot of problems with my system but that he could fix everything in the spring for around $500.00. This was all a shock to me and left me befuddled since my system was working fine over the summer. I paid him and he left but then I remembered that last year when I had him out he said something about my valves not being the good kind and began to crank on them and I had to tell him please don't break them even if they aren't the strongest. Then I went back to the wiring box and looked more closely and found that all the wires had been cleanly cut all at the same point and the cut was fresh with shiny wire exposed! Definitely not chipmunks!! I called Jim and confronted him about breaking my valve and cutting the wires and asked him why he had jammed his knife into the box the way he did and he said, "Oh the wires were impacted with soil". When pressed further he went back to the chipmunk story. He was clearly damaging my system in order to create future cash flow for himself. These guys are total scammers!!! I told him I want a refund, but he didn't agree to this and I haven't seen one yet. Avoid this company at all cost!! I'm telling all my neighbors to dump this guy. I only hope that this post can save others what I had to experience. Huge breech of trust!! I only gave this company one star because it wouldn't let me post my comments with zero stars. They deserve negative five stars."

"Tech came out on 5/18/22 just as a rain storm was beginning to spread Cool Power . He clocked in at 11:45 to 11: 57am. Previous visit 4/13/22 same tech...same yard...clocked 8:35 to 905am. On 5/18/22 I watched tech whip his little automated cart around driving with left hand and waving a leaf blower behind him with right hand. I felt sick but did not know the strength of chemical he was spreading. (Also caught on security cam) Result numerous dying and dead rose bushes, browned evergreen ground cover, day lillies and ivy. Owner made an appointment yesterday to see damage. I stayed home all day. Owner never showed. Note each photo is a different carpet rose purchased for $29.99 each"

"Perfect Touch Landscaping was a wonderful find from Angi's list. I had chosen three 5 star firms for quotes and two responded. Perfect Touch was selected base on Bob Davlin's Knowledge and personal touch in the process. The work was estimated and agreed upon on 9/14/2021 and completion proposed after 10/3/2021. On 9/16/2021 (I was on the golf course at the time) Bob's team showed up at our house about 9:30 and the job was completed by 4:30 the same day! We are very pleased with all aspects of the completed project although I still have some work to do (I failed to include reseeding of the area in the Estimate, assuming that was included) but that will get done by family. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how Perfect Touch (Bob Davlin) fulfilled our expectations (and Exceeded them) with their service. I will most likely engage them again in the spring when spring planting is needed in the front of the house. Another important part of the decision to use The Perfect Touch Landscaping Company was the estimates (and Final Cost) of the full project. It was approximately 30% less than the other estimate and was also the final price! Thanks to Bob and The Perfect Touch for a wonderful experience.
