The Perfect Touch Landscape Company offers custom landscaping; irrigation and lawn care; fall leaf pickup, winterization of sprinkler systems, decks, paver patios, Christmas lighting, firewood, walkway, and decking to residential and commercial properties. We have been located right here in Northeast Ohio for over 35 years and serving Lake, Geauga and portions of Cuyahoga counties. Our landscape designer has a degree from Michigan State and has worked in the landscape and horticulture industry for more than 45 years. As we have grown over the years we have not lost sight of the most important thing - your opinion. Perfect Touch Landscaping was a wonderful find from Angi's list. I had chosen three 5 star firms for quotes and two responded. Perfect Touch was selected base on Bob Davlin's Knowledge and personal touch in the process. The work was estimated and agreed upon on 9/14/2021 and completion proposed after 10/3/2021. On 9/16/2021 (I was on the golf course at the time) Bob's team showed up at our house about 9:30 and the job was completed by 4:30 the same day! We are very pleased with all aspects of the completed project although I still have some work to do (I failed to include reseeding of the area in the Estimate, assuming that was included) but that will get done by family. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how Perfect Touch (Bob Davlin) fulfilled our expectations (and Exceeded them) with their service. I will most likely engage them again in the spring when spring planting is needed in the front of the house. Another important part of the decision to use The Perfect Touch Landscaping Company was the estimates (and Final Cost) of the full project. It was approximately 30% less than the other estimate and was also the final price! Thanks to Bob and The Perfect Touch for a wonderful experience. I have attached the after pictures but unfortunately I do not have any photos available from before ?

My negative Angi's review on 6/16/21 prompted Bob Davlin to call on 6/19 to address my concerns. We met again at the site and discussed the project. Bob promptly provided an email proposal and the work was scheduled, tentatively before the end of July. Weather delayed start date to 8/13, and the weather also delayed completion until 8/21. During the process our yard looked like groundhogs had overtaken us with little piles of dirt around. After the ground dried out a bit, Bob's crew came back and dressed up the yard and reseeded the areas that were disturbed. Today, two weeks after completion, the areas are green and ready to be cut. We are happy with the sprinkler system that was provided. Bob came out a couple of times after completion to ensure that I was trained on adjusting the nozzles and we discussed other opportunities with The Perfect Touch Landscape Co. in the future. We are pleased that Bob responded to our negative review in a positive manner.

Bob and his crew were great! Bob's horticulture knowledge and expertise is amazing. His prices are comparable to other landscape designers, but the quality of his service far exceeds other landscape companies. Through the years, we have worked with many landscape companies. Without reservation, we can say that Perfect Touch is the best. Bob Davlin is not only very professional -- he is a really nice guy and pleasant to work with.

Bob, as always, was able to fix the areas cut through by the gas company. We have been with this company since moving into the house in 1983. The irrigation system is an older system, most likely installed when the house was built in the 1950's. Bob has maintained this system for us and understands the older systems perfectly. He has always been able to find and fix any problem with the system that we have had. He is our " go to guy " where this system is concerned.

Perfect touch was able to do a difficult repair at a very reasonable price on our sprinkler system. We also have them blow out our sprinklers each fall. Friendly people, great knowledge of sprinklers, and repair price was good.

Everything turned out great and I'm very pleased with the end results. Communication was a little hit or miss at first, but once the ball got rolling on the project I had no complaints and now I have what I've been told is the nicest deck in the neighborhood! I've had it for a year now and looking back I really feel like I made the right decision in using Perfect Touch for both a reasonable price and high quality results.

Bob and his team at Perfect Touch Landscaping are fantastic! They ripped out our overgrown and unattractive front yard landscaping and replaced it with neat and easy to care for bushes and plants. They also added improved downspout drainage which moved gutter water further away from our house, always a good thing. I was so happy with the work they did in the front yard, I had them to come back and clean up our backyard and re-work our barbecue area. I plan on having them come back next year to add additional landscaping to our backyard. Bob was very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to work with my stated budget and help us achieve the look we wanted. His team is professional, friendly and very hardworking. Highly recommend!

First of all, it was an absolute pleasure working with the owner directly. In addition to just doing the job at hand, he also provided suggestions for continuous improvement. Since I found out that they provide other services that I was not aware of, I am planning on using them for some other projects. There is not such thing as the perfect contractor. But when you find someone that is open and honest, it gives you comfort knowing that you know the owner will do the right thing. And it is also important to know that there are still people out there that will honor their word when they shake your hands.

They have been excellent and very responsive to my wife's requests, likes, and dislikes. The owner would regularly be on the property to make sure things were going right. He has always been very responsive to any of my calls and is very professional. They always cleaned everything up when they were done and they continue to maintain the irrigation system as well. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Perfect Touch Landscaping is very very good to work with. - Bob goes over and above what was asked of him to accomplish, for us personally and for light decorations upon entering our development. All families in the development expressed their complete satisfaction to us with what they did. The work is completed within the dates that we decided on with Bob, and his employees were very competent. I would refer them to anyone!

All jobs by Perfect Touch ARE PERFECT !! They even came when called about our Rose of Sharon tree that had suddenly had branches over bending, probably from too much rain this Summer - - the quick trim work was excellent.

We have used The Perfect Touch Landscape Services for at least 10 years now. They are responsive and professional as well as talented in designing landscapes which accent your property. We have used their services for spring clean up, mulching, and trimming of shrubs, and have been very pleased with the results. We needed their services for lawn maintenance last year and Bob and crew were very accommodating to fit us into their established schedule. I whole heartedly would recommend them for any lawn services for which you have a need.

I hired Perfect Touch Landscaping to maintain my parent's yard when my father had knee replacement surgery and wouldn't be able to do the work himself for an extended recovery period. I wanted a company that would maintain my parent's yard to their standards (they're fussy when it comes to the look of their lawn). Since I live out of state and wouldn't be nearby to manage issues, hiring a company that would be responsive to any questions/problems was important. I'm happy to report that my parents are completely happy with the work that has been provided by Perfect Touch and the once or twice I had to call with a question they were very friendly and responsive. I feel we receive great service at a competitive price. Based on our experience, we've decided to continue their service indefinitely (rather than just the "knee recovery period). I'd highly recommend Perfect Touch.

Bob does amazing work. He has a great eye for landscaping layout and is an expert with what plants and trees work well in various places and growth patterns. He makes his own mulch so the pricing is great there. You might pay a bit more for Perfect Touch, but the quality can't be beat. His workers are all very polite and hard working, too. Our patio is brick and stone pavers, he installed a fountain and walls/lights on the patio, too. He can do all sizes of jobs and we can't speak highly enough for his work. Plus he's very responsive. We're extremely happy customers!

Bob 's knowledge on anything relating to our yard, is amazing. We first heard about Perfect Touch 10 years ago when we purchased our home. We found out they designed the landscape, installed the water feature and maintained the lawn for the previous owners. Since then we've used the company for anything we want done outdoors including putting in a patio and replacing the deck. They recently planted flowers and shrubs, performed maintenance on our sprinkler system and cleaned our water feature. We are very pleased with Bob's service and attention to detail.

We were very pleased with the work we had cone by Perfect Touch Landscaping this summer and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have landscaping projects completed around their home.
