I hired this gentleman to service and repair my sprinkler system back in the summer of 2020 before selling my home in South Euclid. The sprinkler system had not been used in many years. He quoted a fair price, showed up when he said he would and got my system up and running in short order. He was friendly, courteous and I enjoyed speaking with him. I would not hesitate to hire him again. If my new home had a sprinkler system, he'd be my sprinkler guy going forward! Great overall experience!

Great, built new manifold, rewired it, tested the system and winterized it. Price was very reasonable. They were also the first to reply to my request, came right out gave me a free estimate and returned the following day and completed the work. Couldn't be happier.

Went very well. Jay took his time looking at each zone and adjusted sprinkler heads as needed in addition to the head replacement and repair work already mentioned. I Would definitely use him again and encourage others to do so. His charge was very reasonable.

Jay diagnosed all the problems very quickly and was able to rebuild the bad valves in the manifold and replace broken head and make other adjustments to system. The invoice was very fair for the work performed. I'm delighted to have found him on Angies List.

Jay responded to my initial inquiry very quickly. Jay and Allen came a few days later (on Sunday afternoon) and had my fathers system up and running in few short hours. Pricing was very reasonable. I am so pleased we found them on Angies List. Was pleasure doing business with them very professional and downright nice people. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Better than expected

Very professional, fast, and reasonably priced.

Jay was very prompt however I hate to be the " Debbie Downer " but what I experienced was not what others did. Enormous plugs were cut out around each head [ approx 5" to 6" circle ] so large that I was concerned a child or my dog would be injured if got caught in one of these holes running in the yard. After Jay left I discovered that all these plugs were thrown in my garden beds for me to seek and discard. I also found that Jay reprogrammed my scheduled watering programs [ formerly 3 separate programs for 15 zones ] to an " all-in-one " every other day. Service people should ask before making changes such as that. I still don't have it working as it did before Jay's program changes.

The crew has arrived earlier than scheduled. After short inspection and estimation, repairs have been done right away. Rates are reasonable and quality is great. I immediately made references to two other families who were interested in hiring a sprinkler system contractor for similar jobs. Will certainly hire them next time.
