Great. Tom added to the existing front yard system that he is installed in 1995 (before he started his own company). His crew is skilled and friendly. They make every attempt to leave the yard in good shape by replacing the removed grass and flatten out the worked areas.

Thomas Irrigation was exceptional from first meeting through services performed. We had received several quotes. We chose Thomas irrigation. All of the men were professional and courteous. They left the property spotless at the end of each day. We ended up having to have a few sprinkler heads readjusted. Thomas was extremely responsive in doing so. We will continue to use for start-up and closing of system each season. Highly recommend.

Could not have gone better! We had received several bids, all from “A” rated contractors rom Angie’s List. Comparatively for services, supplies and cost, we were most impressed with Thomas Irrigation. Contractor and employees extremely professional. Work was done in a timely manner. They were punctual. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. We were kept apprised of each days activities. Concerns/questions we had throughout installation and post-installation were promptly answered. Will continue to use for start-up in the spring and closing in the fall. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

The technician arrived an hour early in the morning and did not phone ahead to notify us of the adjusted time. He didn't understand why arriving an hour earlier than the scheduled time would be an inconvenience to the homeowner.

Great. Tom shows up as scheduled, is very pleasant, works fast, and does a good job.

I had previously used Thomas Irrigation for repairs of my underground sprinkler system and for blowing the water out of the system in the fall. In the fall I had discovered that no water was getting to one of the sprinkler heads of my system. Since I was pleased with the service Thomas had given me before, I called him for service to get the system ready for the watering season.

 I made an appointment with Thomas and he arrived at the agreed time with two other servicemen. He turned the system on and began checking the system. He quickly located the plugged line restricting flow to the one sprinkler head and replaced the sprinkler. He then went on check the rest of the entire system. I'm really glad he did. In less than 2 hours he and his workers located and repaired 3 major leaks, replaced another sprinkler, and replace nozzles on 5 other sprinklers. I was a little concerned about what he would charge for all that, but what he charged I think was very reasonable.

 I was very happy with the service and would definitely call him for any future service I might need.

Is a fast process. He was very nice and got to work right away. He was done in 1/2 an hour.

It went great. Tom came out on time, did the work as described, and spent time teaching us all about the system - how to use it, how to winterize it, etc.
He came back out once a few months later to adjust a sprinkler head that was dislodged by work in the next lot.
After the season ended, he called and stopped out to winterize the system. Tom was very patient in explaining the process as I would like to do the closing myself in the future.
We were very happy with the system and service and recommend this company. Our neighbor took that advice and has had a the same positive experience.

Went great. They arrived as scheduled, explained everything. The interior installation (piping, wiring, mounting of controls) reflects a high level of care and craftsmanship. High enough that it stands out.

Excellent - exceeded our expectations. Tom installed our irrigation system in 1995 and has serviced it exclusively since then.
Issues have been minimal and requested services has been excellent.

It went well. Any issues (small) were addressed in timely fashion. Was very pleased. We also called this year at the beginning of the season because one of the areas wasn't getting covered. They responded immediately and adjust the irrigation heads at no charge.

I phoned Tom and he returned my call about 3 days later. We made an appt. for him to come to the house the following Saturday to tell us why one whole station wasn't working and to replace a broken sprinkler head in another. Tom was on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He got right to work and said that the solenoid needed to be replaced and several wires were frayed from a chipmunk or squirrel causing the one station to not work. He had a replacement solenoid in his truck compatible with our system, even tho ours is an older, off-brand system. He replaced the wires and even told us of a neat trick to keep the mammals from entering the box with the wires. The sprinkler head was able to water the whole bed. We had just had some trees and shrubs planted and were having a pretty hot and dry spell, so i appreciated that he was able to correct the problem relatively quickly.

Went well. Started on time and stayed until complete. Crew was neat with no damage to existing landscaping.

I needed a way to get my grass and flowers watered without pulling a hose to the front yard and the back yard............I am 64 years old with only one leg...........I needed something easy............to be honest, even if I had two legs I still would have had the sprinkler system installed................I called Thomas Irrigation and he promptly returned my call..........he explained everything he was going to do for the price he was going to charge me(which by the way was very reasonable)..........He came when he said he was going to come, He was very professional, He explained and showed me how the system worked..............since I cannot get down to my basement he installed the box that controls the system in an easy and convenient spot.............I would highly recommend him for anything you want done in your yard that he does...........

He was right on time and did a good job. He appeared to be competitive for the price that I was looking for and I highly recommend him.

Very well, so far . Tom is coming back in the spring to make sure system is operating properly and to adjust spray patterns.

I called him up and we traded phone calls for a couple of days. Then one day he called and said he was in the area. He stopped by and looked over the work to be done, which was to replace all the dumbells on my sprinkling system. I had already had it priced by a different company and Tomas's price was half the price of the other guy. He was able to do the work right then so he stayed and did the work. The work was good quality work. I had a very good experience with him, I will be using him again.

Returned my call the same day. Tom came out and gave me an estimate that same afternoon. He was able to start the job within a few weeks. Very punctual, professional. Tom is easy to work with. I am very happy with the job they did. They completed it within a few days. I believe the price was fair and reasonable considering we have a larger yard with a good amount of tree roots. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone who needs a lawn irrigation system installed. Excellent work!

Tom was very professional and hard working. He walked me through how everything worked and what all he was going to do. He was very professional and polite.
