Besides the tune-up, Ben asked if there were any specific problems
I told him the door was bought and installed by them in 2002. Since then I noticed light coming in on either side of the door.
Ben completed the tune-up: adjust spring, tighten the rails and checked header
He then moved the track in towards the jamb and added additional holes for support
He finished by tightening the chain on the door opener
The call took less than 30 minutes (the price includes the trip charge and 30 min of service)
Ben was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions
The door fits great and even travels more quietly!
