Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. "Trent did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom, exhibiting precision workmanship with having to ensure the walls were square and plumb, as well as leveling the uneven basement floor, and putting in a cool curved shower door. He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"
