Our roof was in need or replacement. We reached out to Winchester construction for a free consultation/estimate. We ended up going with their company and everyone we dealt with was professional. The employees that replaced our roof were done in one day and it looks great! They even took time out to make sure everything was cleaned up and looked good. I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with Winchester Construction's work. Their quality and professionalism are the industry’s gold standard, and the price is very affordable. I could write for days about their affordability, reliability, and craftsmanship; however, their integrity is second-to-none. Windows: I desperately needed new windows due to wasps entering my home through the old windows. I previously received estimates from two other companies that were at least 30-50% higher. Andy Price promptly assessed my needs and gave me an estimate on the spot. His team, led by Jason, was excellent and courteous, and the windows were beautiful. The windows were completed in one day, with the outside trim installed on the second day. The team cleaned up each day, leaving their work area spotless. Flooring: Briefly, I will share that I called Winchester construction on a Wednesday afternoon and dared to ask if they could complete install flooring, trim, and other details in my basement that was damaged due to flooding, for a monumental celebration on Friday. Andy Price did not hesitate to adjust his schedule to make it happen. His crew arrived the next day, went over and beyond the call of duty for two days, and finished on Friday hours before our celebration. The result was magnificent, and the memories are forever. When you hire Winchester Construction for your next project, you have ensured success and gained a trusted friend and partner.

Started out bad, tore the roof off knowing it was going to rain, I asked for them to put tarps on but they didn’t and over nite I had water pouring through the roof into my kitchen. Called the owner about 4am took a couple of hrs for him to get someone out to put tarps on the roof, after that he sent a crew out to get the roof on which turned out nice, although I have a few shingles that are bowed, also a few split roof boards from the nail guns, all was reported to Diane several times but we’re never fixed. The gutter guy was great. The siding guy did a good job installing the windows and siding although during the removal of the old siding they put quite a few dings in the trim of my other windows, the clean up was terrible, my wife and I spent hrs cleaning up nails on several nites. Snow guards on the metal roof were included in the price, months of text messages back and forth with Diane went by with several promises of it getting done, but months passed, my wife finally got a hold of the owner Rob who tried to say I told him something which I didn’t say, which led to a major argument with him yelling at me, and me calling him a fat *** and telling them not to bother coming on our property again. Could write more but hopefully you get the picture, long story short, very unprofessional and I wouldn’t use again or recommend.

the guy who did work dripped spackling in numerous places on walls, lamp shades and pictures and sanded without any attempt to clean up . he made no attempt to cover hardwood floors, carpet or furniture as such left quite a mess . we advised manager of this but no adjustment

Grant Bollinger came out to the house and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done. After we signed the contract, they came out to do the work earlier than projected, so that was nice. They did the job in one day and the gutters look nice. Grant was helpful throughout the process and answered all of our questions and concerns. Payment options were nice including an option to pay through paypal.

They cleaned the fireplace, caulked between the chimney and house, and put a crowncoat on the top of the chimney.

The price and the quality were exquisite! It’s been three months since the Wright-Price Installations crew completed the installation of 22 replacement windows in our house which was built in 1920. The difference is remarkable. I descend from the upstairs and immediately see and feel the improved ambient light on the stairs and in the living room. The downstairs is quiet. The noise from our neighborhood is muted; I no longer hear the paper person delivering our morning paper (though her muffler still needs to be replaced) nor the neighbor’s dog barking. What I like most about the new windows is they actually work well and are beautiful. The old windows were 99 years old and totally dysfunctional. Although the windows are not self-cleaning, they tilt in and are quite easy to clean. Yayyyyyy! Having remodeling work done is never a fun process, but I must say the Wright-Price crew was friendly, courteous and highly professional. They were fast and efficient, completing the process in two and a half days. They also left the site in better shape than when they arrived. We couldn’t be happier both with the price and the quality of the work they did! These guys are so good, we have hired them to remodel our bathroom and our kitchen. We would also like to give a shout out to Grant, the best salesperson ever!
