Bill (Pinter) works hand in glove with Erika Piccolomini at Carter Lumber Kitchens of Solon. Her design was exactly what we wanted (true to the character of the home), her vendor contacts were top shelf (granite, tile, plumbing), and Bill & his contractor team are the guys you give a key to and they come and go (even tending to our dog!) like a member of the family. Their craftsmanship is breathtaking -- from carpentry on a custom made panel wall to new window trim and crown molding to new hard woods to the engineering prowesses needed to remove a load-bearing wall and install a new header. The room was always cleaned up when they left and, with final touches about to be complete, we can't wait until our next project. This significant project, which had every "trap" in terms of extra expense, came in on budget!
