"Jayson and Tristan were great! They were very responsive and easy to work with. After contacting them, they came out within a few days to look at what I wanted done, I needed a set of stairs built for the side entry of my house. They took into account what I wanted and discussed with me how they would get it done. I had an old set of stairs that didn't reach the door so I wanted a landing coming out of the door that would cover up the old stairs and then steps that would lead down to the driveway. They did exactly what I wanted and added a few details that I did not think of. In total it took 2 days to build which is the time frame they said it would take. I will definitely be using them again for any other projects that come up."

"TMAK Restorations remodeled my kitchen. Mike and Jim were a great help in planning the updated layout and ordering the cabinets. Nick and Mike handled the demo, which included removing the plaster walls and ceiling down to the studs. Mike handled all the electrical updates including installing recessed lights and multiple outlets. Nick did a fantastic job with the drywall, plumbing, and installing the cabinets, including some custom work around a radiator and an unusual corner cabinet. Nick saved and re-installed the existing wood trim, and created matching custom framing to replace the deteriorated trim around the kitchen window. Nick also painted the trim, ceiling, and walls and installed the backsplash. TMAK went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I highly recommend TMAK, not only for their craftsmanship but also their willingness to accommodate the challenges posed by remodeling a kitchen in an older home."

""I almost decided against writing this review, but ultimately felt it was important to share my experience so that my friends would not encounter the same issues." From the start, their time management was poor. I never pressured them for speed, yet they seemed to rush without attention to detail. My towel rack now hangs off the wall because they irresponsibly removed the heavy-duty anchors during demolition, despite knowing all fixtures were to be reinstalled. The tile work is disappointing, with uneven spacing and gaps. When I pointed this out, they tried an ineffective fix that only caused more problems. Their excuse was my walls, which is puzzling since they stripped the shower down entirely to the studs and replaced the drywall themselves; defying logical explanation. There were also numerous grout issues, with inconsistent lines, missing grout, and patches on the tiles. They have yet to fix the chipped tile they caused, offering only a partial credit for a tile that was supposedly out of stock. I had the opportunity to have these issues addressed, but my bathroom has already been out of service for more than three weeks. With a family of six, I required it to be operational immediately. In short, my experience has been marred by poor communication, lack of accountability, and severe time management issues. I cannot recommend AES Property Consultants. "John and crew did a fantastic job on a total gutting and remodel of our upstairs guest bathroom. 5 huge plusses - 1. many years of experience - they clearly knew what they were doing and did it well; 2. always showed up when they said they would; 3. John and crew stayed on the job until it was done - consecutive work days (a super big deal for us!);- 4. totally cleaned up at the end of each day; and 5. no surprises - clear billing and stayed within budget.
