"They repaired some steps on my front porch that got loose. Very knowledgeable and professional. They came by on Tuesday, gave me a quote and came back on Saturday to fix the steps. Would recommend!"

"Great Company. Fast Efficiant work. Shawn the Window Technician was great, and Devan who was helping him install and we learned that he was actually a Production Manager. Both were great. The completed all of our windows. 7 standard, and a picture window in less than two days. Great company. Great customer service. Shawn,Devan, and Lauren were all amazing."

"Replace new 🆕 shower valve/faceplate/handle in bathroom shower; existing plumbing needed adjustments to accommodate new hardware; arrived on time; the work was done efficiently; will hire again absolutely"

"Great price, Great job, Great service, Great company. They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others! Nate was very nice and arrived when he said he would. Window looks great, and I will definitely give them a call when I am ready to replace my other windows and doors."

"Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."

"We had Window Depot swap our sliding glass door for windows and some windows for a sliding glass door. I was surprised and pleased when Devin - who quoted the job - actually was the one - with his brother - to do the work. Both Devin and Drew were conscientious workers - very hard workers - who did a great job with our project. We couldn't be happier with the price, product and people at Window Depot of Cincinnati!"

"Baker Custom Glass did an amazing job installing our custom shower door! The glass and hardware finishes are absolutely perfect, and their attention to detail really shows. The team was on time, professional, and kept the job site spotless from start to finish. It’s rare to find such pride in craftsmanship these days. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing high-quality glass work!"

"They did our whole house of windows, and a sliding glass door with enclosed blinds. Everything looks great. The installers were very professional and had them finished in no time. Nate and Shawna were in contact with me through the whole process. Very Happy! Have recommended to many friends and family."

"Dan the sales person was very professional and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process extremely easy. The windows are great and I can tell they are making a huge difference in out heating. The installers were also very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this company!!!!"

"J&D Plumbing sent us a beautiful information packet, which was very educational. The rep was very courteous and explained various methods to fix the problem. However we felt the solutions he offered was very expensive, and was not focused on fixing our particular problem. Also had minimum specifications of 30 linear feet which we did not require. The extent of our job was less than their minimum requirement. We would recommend them for large jobs but they may not be suitable for smaller jobs. Estimated cost was $5,000."
