I experienced the worst move ever with this company. Also, they have refused, short of a lawsuit, to resolve the issues that resulted in my rating. We moved on March 9, 2022. During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission. Here is Moving Ahead's last reply to me: If you still do not find our current offer to be acceptable, the next step would be to begin the arbitration procedure, as outlined in the documentation you have already received. If you have any questions regarding this process, I would be happy to assist in any way possible.. Professional Moving Service Piano

The actual move went great! Tony was extremely hard-working and never gave up when faced with challenges. His wife even came to help! However, I did not like the packing. Would not move any liquids(I found out later) Left the job when it was not finished. Lots of broken dishes from poorly packed.

My experience with Moving ahead services was great as was with my friend at columbus, OH who recommended me of MHS. They called the night before, arrived on time, went through stuff quickly to prioritize. The person incharge was faster then other but they did a good job overall. I had less items and they were good at dismantling and assembling, all with no damage whatsoever, at the new location and placed stuff as my wife guided them. It took them only 15 minutes extra than the minimum 2hrs time schedule, including the driving time! I would recommend them to anyone seeking movers - good value and quality for money spent!

The movers were very efficient, friendly & very willing to accommodate our needs with smiles and okays. They did an excellent job and represented their company well as did the young lady who took our information for the move and with total clarity of charges and explanations of what to expect. She was so helpful and friendly I was delighted to have called All My Sons. I gave them a 4.5 because I thought some of the charges like for materials were a bit high.
