We had a potential disaster on our hands.  Our hot water heater in the basement cracked and leaked a lot of water.  Some got on the part of the basement that has carpet.  We thought we were going to have to rip it out and replace it.  We called Arslanian Brothers and they came within a few hours with everything they needed to take care of the problem.  They pulled up the carpet to see exactly which part was wet and which was dry.  They then used their steam cleaner which vacuumed out a lot of the water.  They did the carpet first, then rolled the carpet back and did the same to the foam pad underneath.  Then brought in two big blowers and set them up so they blow under the pad and the carpet which dries the carpet out over a few days.  (We of course turned off the water to the hot water heater, drained the leaky tank and stopped more water from going on the carpet.)

We worked with Al.  He was great.  He knew exactly what to do to dry the carpet fast enough to prevent mold. He and his assistant worked efficiently and professionally.  He also said their company could recommend someone to re attach the edges of the carpet to the floor once everything is completely dry. 

We were amazed at how professional, knowledgeable and efficient they were with dealing with this problem!  We have used them for years to clean our carpets and occasionally furniture and have always had excellent service but the way they came over the same afternoon we called them and took care of this problem was fantastic!

"Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. "Don's technique in cleaning carpet is astounding, he should patent that technique & franchise it out to these carpet steam cleaning companies. His way is the way to accurately clean sanitize & deodorize carpet properly in using a non toxic cleaning formula along with a machine that gently scrubs the carpet without exerting a lot of water, & less drying time. I had one traffic pathway that seem to be a problem with one steam cleaning company for years; they couldn't seem to get the pathway out to my satisfaction, therefore I was calling them 2 times a year & it wouldn't budge. Don's Carpet Restoration got it out & the carpet looks whole, fresh & clean. Wow, Wow, Wow!!! Excellent Job Don!!! Many Many thanks for your knowledge & brilliant technique in cleaning carpet!!! Seriously you should patent that, & sell it to those carpet steam cleaning companies as an alternative to their steam cleaning methods."

"Holy smokes. I rarely write reviews but I gotta tell you, Quinton was incredible. We booked him the night before we were moving into our new house through HomeAdvisor. Despite it being very short notice, he contacted us immediately and the booking process was really clear and efficient. He came out the house the next day and charged us just $125 to clean a 1900sq ft house that had just been remodeled. We initially only wanted the floors mopped, but he also cleaned and put gloss on all the hardwood trim and wood paneling and cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. The place looks amazing, it's like a 5 star hotel. It's literally sparkling. The quality of work and value for money was amazing. We only needed one-time cleaning but I will definitely keep them in mind in the future. Quinton was extremely personable and professional. He communicated the whole time we were back at the old house with the moving truck and kept us informed how things were going. The whole business was very conscientious about Covid precautions, which I appreciate a lot and speaks to the attention to detail they offer. They even left us a mop, broom, a bucket, and cleaning solution to keep. 11/10."
