"From start to finish, my experience with Rogers Basement Waterproofing was the the kind of experience we all hope for when hiring a professional. I contacted Rogers initially to get an idea of how to start addressing external moisture issues around my home’s foundation. The crew, Zach, Craig, Hunter, and Josh were the hardest workers ever and couldn’t have been more friendly and pleasant. All four, and Nick, went out of their way to put my mind at ease about the process. The crew are more than skilled workers, they are craftsmen. They did meticulous work and went above and beyond. While routing a line to avoid tearing up a garden bed, a huge rock had to be hacked out of the ground. It’s now a cool garden feature since one of the crew kindly offered to wash it off and haul it over to one of the garden beds! The terrific crew were so efficient that the work was completed in under four hours. You literally cannot see where the trench was dug. Last night, we had a gulley washer rainfall. My neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind standing in the street in the rain in the dark with a flashlight—but it was so great watching the rainwater pouring out of the new drainage pipe ? The entire experience with the folks at Rogers felt like I was working with family. Just amazing. I’m so happy to have found a trusted company to turn to if future foundation/ basement issues arise. "I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I had foundation issues in my home I bought this past January, so I reached out to Hughes Construction to see about them working on my project for me. After initial contact they said they required a structural engineer to draw out plans prior to beginning work. So they recommended Cole Engineering. I used Cole engineering and was charged $2,500 for the plans to repair the foundation. Once I had the plans, emailed them to Hughes Construction, and tried coordinating follow on construction. Tami Ludwig reached out and said they weren’t able to assist me. I’m out $2,500 and was able to help out their friends engineering company with business while Hughes left me high and dry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
