Chris M. arrived at my home and was professional, knowledgable, straight forward, and friendly. He quoted me fair prices to install a new toilet and new kitchen faucet, both of which I had previously purchased independently and had at home ready to install. I was very happy that he was able to complete the installs that day. He also fixed a minor leak below a bathroom sink. All around a great experience! "They did a great job. There was a slight smell of gas in my basement so I wanted to get it fixed to be safe. I called a company and they said my gas control valve was broke and told me it would cost me $700-800 to replace and the gas leak would be fixed. I wanted to get a second opinion to see if the first company was trying to overcharge me. I called Makeithot and had them come out to see what they thought. They checked to make sure all my lines were properly sealed and found that the leak was coming from the gas control valve but did not need replaced. They only charged me $250. Makeithot’s honesty saved me around $500! They were very professional and I thought them wearing the shoe covers while in the house was a nice touch too. I would definitely recommend them for all your hot water heating needs!"

The call center was very accommodating (I changed and postponed the service a few times over several weeks). The window for arrival was provided well in advance. The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Basically, he far exceeded my expectations! If you call this business, they may have a lot of good technicians, but I'd recommended Kevin!"
