First of all, SGF was the ONLY company that called me out of the 3 companies I reached out to when I was sourcing to hire a company of their experience. Madeline was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. She was quick to assist in the quoting process and arrived to the appointment on time. She delivered results as required which was a 24hr turnaround time from submitting samples. I know the costs for this were going to be pricey. At the time of SGF quote and hire for service, I did not know if it was a fair price. After researching online, it seemed in line. I did know there was going to be a price to pay regardless. In general, other people around me told me such a test is not cheap. Upon initial conversation and learning her experience in person, I fast learned she was a seasoned veteran in her field. This alone solidified my decision in hiring SGF. During the process, she did rush taking samples and seemed to make sure she was getting solid samples. Madeline was detailed in her process overall of sample taking. The price vs not knowing if there was asbestos in the house was well worth peace of mind. I would definitely recommend SGF to others and I would use them for future business.
