We had the unfortunate experience of our dog getting sprayed by a skunk, she got back in the house before we realized and spread the odor throughout the entire house and all the contents!! The odor permeated everywhere. Kiehler came out immediately and started the 3 day process to eliminate the odor. He was always responsive to our texts and questions. Great company!!!

Hire them to do my radon system they showed up installed it in one day I paid them that same day up front they came out a week later and did the follow-up testing and my radon was still very very high instead of immediately correcting the problem they suggested that they wait to retest after I epoxy my floors I feel like the problem should have been corrected immediately and not pushed off not very happy with the services.

Jake answered the phone, provided an estimate within two hours, and had personnel on site at our home the next day. The mitigation job was completed as estimated and in a highly professional manner. Brock and his teammate were very easy to work worthwhile on site. Our estimate and project included an independent test following completion to verify mitigation, which was important for us as we are selling our home. The system worked as advertised and resulted in successful mitigation. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Erie Environmental.

Jake was extremely courteous and professional. Within one day of contacting him he had someone here to assess the problem. While Mother Nature was not cooperating to allow us to fix the problem immediately Jake sent a worker to remove the infected area of mold and address our health and safety concerns.
