"Had this machine put in to kill mold with a guarantee to come back if the mold come back . Well guess what it came back . They came out and said that the warranty was void because the machine was unplugged . Once i informed them we had cameras they made another excuse . That was another lie . Then when i addressed the situation the owner then yelled at me accused me of threatening him so he could justify not covering the warranty. You thought i forgot ill never forget ill never stop telling the truth about you . Straight up fraud . Go check BBb look at bad comments to know who they are . "

There are different types of mold, and not all humans are the same. For example, a more toxic type of mold may have less of an effect on a healthy person than a less toxic mold in the home of someone who is immunocompromised. If you recognize any symptoms of mold poisoning—sinus issues, brain fog, respiratory distress, constraint cough, migraines, or any others—call your doctor or go to the hospital before you attempt any removal.

Mold can greatly impact your home's appraisal and lower your selling price if your home's on the market. Home appraisers take mold into account when figuring out a property's overall value. Mold will lower your home's price because it poses a health risk to household members and can compromise the structural integrity of the house. Mold will require remediation, which in extreme cases can be costly, so that is factored into your home's appraisal as well.

Mold remediation is required if the mold growth covers more than 10 square feet of an area or the mold spore concentration is above 500 spores per cubic meter of air. You should also seriously consider remediation if there is a lot of water damage along with mold growth or if you suspect your HVAC system has been contaminated with mold. Remediation is also crucial if the mold damage has been caused by sewage or other contaminated water.

If dresser drawers are damp or dirty, they could be transferring odors to your clothes. Make sure to only store clean, dry clothes in dresser drawers. Plan to thoroughly clean out the drawer interiors at least two times per year.

You normally won’t see any dust or mold actively floating out of your vent, but you might notice your vent looks dirty. Mold will cling to the sides and collect almost like black soot. Dust will look, well, dusty, but there will usually be a heavy buildup so expect thick gray layers on the bottom and sometimes the sides of the vent. If you suspect you have mold in your vents, call a professional immediately.
