Since 1928, Ehrlich Pest Control has been providing homeowners and business owners with customer service excellence and trusted pest control solutions.
"We were talked into signing on to a monthly program and they would come quarterly to do treatments, and (they said) more frequently at no additional service charge if we had issues in between the quarterly services. Each time we called about an issue we were told that the service wasn’t covered under the monthly charge and would be an extra fee. To top it off, we inquired about a tick and mosquito treatment, but cancelled it the next day (we didn’t want the extra chemicals with the dogs and did our own organic treatment). Several weeks later, when the technician came out for the quarterly visit, he apparently did it anyway since we just received a bill for an extra $104. Horrible communication from them, horrible service. It took two phone calls to cancel the monthly program, and we still haven’t gotten confirmation that it’s cancelled. We were very happy Hoban customers, but since Ehrlich bought them out they’ve been terrible."
