Great service! Gave me a phone estimate, arrived on time, and solved the problem — eradicated mice in the attic.

Complete perimeter spray and dusting and interior spray.

Mullholland did a fine job. The firm sprayed the fence. The bees were all killed within a couple of hours. They have not returned since. That was a month ago.

Mike came and identified exactly where the bees were living and quickly dusted them.

inside I really didnt feel the gentlemen was paying close attention so I accompanied him room to room to make sure all baseboards were properly treated, some rooms had large swaths ignored so I had to move the furniture (light furniture with one hand , easy to move) so that he can try his best to get all of the area. did not appear interested in assessing the crawl space, attic space etc. 
very polite, just not a complete professional which I expect. 
the prior provider (going back to them) actually did a much better job, more thorough, placed mouse bait in attic, fogger in garage and sprayed the inaccessible areas of crawl space from afar and took $250 for an annual treatment.

Overall, a positive experience (except for having a rat in the basement).  Very professional and helpful.

had tried setting live traps and the chipmunks learned how to defeat them.  The pest guy assessed  the situation, set several traps in our basement, came a couple times to check the killed animals & empty the traps.  Then he came and took the traps away.

They are very prompt and knowledgeable. They stand above their competition.

Mike, from Mulholland, has sprayed our home for several years.  We contact Mulholland annually in the spring at the first sign of ants inside.  FYI, our backyard is a woodland; so ants are to be expected.  Mulholland is VERY responsive, to our telephone call requesting service as well as to our need for service as soon as possible. We usually get a call-back the same day, and a scheduled appointment within a day or two.  Mike has been the technician who has come to provide the service from Mulholland ever since we first called to request pest control service.  Mike uses a spray inside our entire first floor that is safe even for infant rooms (even though that is not a current concern of ours).  The spray is clear and does not stain carpet or show on tile or linoleum or laminate flooring.  Mike also sprays inside the basement, around the perimeter.  He also power sprays around the outside of the foundation as well as under the screened porch.  The ants have no chance once Mike sprays.  Even several weeks later, the only thing I might find is a dead ant or two.  If ever we find the ants still coming in, all we need to do is call Mulholland back and they will come and re-treat at no charge.  In all the years we have used Mulholland, we have only had to call them back once.

Mulholland is also GREAT at eliminating moles which undermine a lawn,  Moles had created a regular highway in our side yard last year.  Mike set and monitored in-ground traps for a few weeks  Mole: ZERO, Mike: several :)

Joe Mulholland is awesome.  Same day service ... thorough ... funny guy ... very reliable.  We've used him for years and years and years.  I would highly recommend him for anything regarding pests (ants, mice, bees etc)

Their service was great. They had to come out a couple of times, but it was all covered. I would recommend them. They did a couple of treatments and we are fine now. It was about $210 for a 2400 square feet house. They were responsive and that’s probably the biggest thing. They were very customer friendly as well. There was a six-month guarantee included with the initial service. So, there was no charge when they had to come back.
