"[Member Name Removed], I understand your frustration, considering we were the third company out for service and were unable to solve the issue you are encountering. The reason that our specialist, Bill, could not help you was because he listened to the recording of the sounds of what you are experiencing and determined they were not pest related. He is certain that the noises occurring are something that is structurally related to the home and not related to our area of work. In the situation that there was a pest related issue, the inspection he performed was to identify if any activity was occurring inside the home. The reason he approached the situation like this was because the previous two companies had already performed exterior treatments to try to solve the problem and it did not work. You had asked for alternative solutions, which would mean attempting to service from the inside of the home as opposed to the way the other two companies had made attempts. With no evidence on the interior of the home, it would not make sense to treat that way, and repeating exterior treatment again would yield the same results. In the case that we are wrong, and there is activity coming from below the home, that would mean that there is a serious plumbing issue below the slab of the home, requiring a fairly large construction process to replace broken pipes below the slab where animals are entering. This would be the permanent solution that you are seeking. I know that Bill is not a rude person. We receive compliments every single day from customers that he visits. I also understand that frustration occurs when things do not go the way someone thinks they will. Bill gave an honest assessment to the situation you are currently dealing with, and although the outlook is not what you wanted to hear, that does not mean that he was rude. Bill could have very easily did the same thing the last two companies did: provide a pointless service that would yield zero results and not address the actual issue at hand. Instead, Bill was honest and confirmed that in this rare situation, there was nothing we could do to address the issue. When I showed Bill the review that you left he was hurt and embarrassed that he left that kind of impression and he certainly did not mean to make anyone feel that way. Both Bill and myself are sorry that this kind of impression was left. Everyone here takes great pride in their customer service, as it is the core of our business, and something we openly focus on improving every single day. Your review has also been shared with all specialists and office staff here so that we could all review the situation together and openly learn a lesson from it. I hope that you find a solution to the sounds underneath your home and I am sorry that we could not provide that solution.
