"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

The work was completed in an extremely efficient fashion in just 5 days. Throughout the entire process, the team at QBS was kind, hard-working and polite. "I just have to say, Brandon & the Foundation 1st team are incredible. I bought a house in 2023, had a house fire in 2024, and find myself as I write this review still displaced and running out of time on the rebuild. As the rebuild has progressed, a structural engineer identified that a support beam was missing in the “family room” basement that’s 3/4 below ground level. This support beam supports the 3 bedrooms of the house. With having my family & a 5 year old daughter, I really couldn’t stomach choosing not to replace it, but if you’ve never been in a house fire, it’s fighting tooth and nail to get 80% of everything covered by the insurance company. I couldn’t find someone to get this support done in the next few weeks without charging 2-3x. Then I found Brandon & Foundation 1st. I kid you not, gave me an estimate at 9am 8/13, job completed at 10am 8/15. Quality? 🤌🏼 Service? 🤌🏼 Empathy? 🤌🏼 100% took care of me! Thank you so much, Brandon & the Foundation 1st team! "

"The initial work seemed OK, but it quickly became clear that there was still water leaking through the basement walls. After several phone calls, an employee returned to inspect the walls and agreed that the exterior work needed to be redone. I pointed out that plastic pipes had been left exposed in my yard, without drainage to the street. He agreed that this wasn't acceptable. I called multiple times to set up repairs. My calls were not returned. I obtained the number of Joey, the production manager, spoke with him after several attempts, and sent him detailed texts and photos. No return visit materialized. Over the course of the next several months, I called the company multiple times. They actually visited my home a total of 9 more times, but they showed up without a crew, with one guy and a shovel, or saying they didn't have the equipment for the job. Finally a single employee with a shovel appeared, unscheduled, buried the pipes, and said he corrected the plumbing from the sump pump. Unfortunately, he didn't connect the pipes, and the pop up is 8 feet from my porch. Now a fountain erupts from the drain along side the house, and gallons of water discharge along the basement wall, as well as from the pop up. The soil along the foundation has eroded, and after a rain there is standing water for days in front of my porch. This brand new problem has lead to the interior walls originally water damaged, to become wet again, and a wall that was NEVER even damp before is now soaked, and the dry lock paint has bubbled up. Recently a manager came to look at the situation, and said I would be notified of when the repairs would take place. A couple of weeks later, I called, and managed to get the work scheduled. A crew is to come out June 5th. I however, have ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE THAT THE WORK WILL BE PROPERLY COMPLETED AND DAMAGE THAT THE COMPANY HAS CAUSED WILL BE REPAIRED. After 18 months of excused, shoddy workmanship, untrained employees that have made matters worse, and now new damage, I am beyond frustrated and angry."

"For the homeowners who discovered mold in their home, and are stressed and worried about the potential cost of the eradication process, you need not look any further than these guys! Craig showed up promptly on the day day and time of our appointment, and my wife and I were immediately impressed and comfortable with his warmth and knowledge! During his assessment, he took his time pointing out the obvious areas and certain problems we never noticed! He did this not to frighten or pressure us, but being informative about the reason for for the presence of the mold! But what shocked us was the total cost of eradication...it was almost half of what 2 other companies had quoted us! His crew of young men worked tirelessly and were friendly and courteous to a fault.
