"We hired Todd and his team to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement. We are very happy with how the project turned out, they were very good about working with us to design the layout and finishes the way that we wanted them and had no problem making adjustments to the plan along the way. They made sure that we were closely involved during the process and were quick to fix any issues that arose making sure we were satisfied. The project took a little bit longer than planned but we were fine with that in the context of a pandemic. The project came out exactly how we envisioned and the price was fair. Todd was great to work with and had no problem coming out after the project was finished to help with a couple items after the fact."

"Mose Troyer does excellent work. He is honest and easy to work with, a real professional. He easily finds solutions to difficulties. We had multiple projects that we presented to Mose. One being a utensil tray for the kitchen drawer that he built from a design that I wanted but could not find commercially. The tray fits like a glove and will last a lifetime. Also, we had exterior doors that had wood rot. Mose meticulously carved out the rot and cut many small, intricate pieces of wood, to replace those areas without compromising the original design of the front entry door. It turned out that the rot was deeper and more pronounced than originally thought, but Mose worked diligently and with great skill to make both exterior doors perfect. Mose also cut and placed a vent in a bathroom and designed and installed an access door for exposed plumbing in the laundry room. I highly recommend Mose Troyer for his skill, courteousness and overall kindness. I will be utilizing him again in the near future."

"Greg recently completed a major remodeling project of our second floor, which included the complete renovation of our two second floor full bathrooms, replacement of existing doors, and replacement of all of our trim in all bathrooms, bedrooms, and hallway. Greg also constructed framing and drywall, and a new powder room in our basement which connects our finished half of our basement to an unfinished half of the basement. The bathroom work involved moving walls and significant plumbing modifications due to the total reconfiguration of both bathrooms. We could not be more thrilled with our experience with Greg. His attention to detail and communication with us was second to none. We hired a separate design firm to prepare drawings and specifications for the project. There were a handful of issues that were design related that Greg would quickly coordinate with both the designer and ourselves to resolve the issues. Greg also replaced framing and drywall in our finished basement in 2016 which went as smoothly as this project. I will definitely be recommending Greg to others we know planning a future remodeling project!"

"Trent did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom, exhibiting precision workmanship with having to ensure the walls were square and plumb, as well as leveling the uneven basement floor, and putting in a cool curved shower door. He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"

While comparable to other contractor bids, ultimately the value A.I.S. provided us in customer service and work quality made their bid the best by a long shot. During the design phase, Aubrey and Parks sat down with us, provided a 3D model of the new design and talked through every little detail we wished to discuss. We are highly detail oriented and meticulous customers. Parks and Aubrey only showed appreciation and patience with us, giving time to talk through specifics and options to avoid as many surprises as possible down the line. The team was upfront from the start about the potential of delays on specific components of the project due to disruptions caused by the pandemic in the construction industry (cabinet shipments, scarcity of glass for shower, etc). They never promised a precise completion date for this reason and I had great respect for their honesty and clear explanations. Once work started they were efficient in their use of time and never had delays or significant days missed. I was impressed with Jay’s coordination and project management when it came time for multiple experts to complete their work (electrician, plumber, HVAC, drywall, etc). They were timed perfectly, one after the other with almost no days missed between them. Jay was highly communicative, texting us once a day with what and who to expect next. Whenever we had a question or concern, he had an immediate answer and resolution. The A.I.S. carpentry team was outstanding. Jason and Austin completed the demo, framing, set the cabinets, installed a new window and completed the finishing work. Their carpentry work was incredible. They built all new baseboards, door frame and window frame to match the original wood work of our 100-year-old house. They even built a beautiful custom bench to cover some HVAC pipes is an adjacent room. They made everything look original to the home. They were on site most days, taking care to keep our pets safe and make our family feel safe. The project came in on budget and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final results! A.I.S. Renovations will be our contractors for all future projects. We highly recommend A.I.S. Renovations!"
