"I really enjoyed working with Todd and his team. We had a large unfinished basement and now we have a beautiful new finished basement to enjoy. The project was completed on time and within budget; no surprises everything went smooth. We interviewed other contractors that provided higher quotes and also did not seem to be as knowledgeable about the construction that would be involved. Todd provided us with guidance on the floor plan and made suggestions on where to logically and cost effectively design the rooms. His crew was trust worthy, clean and professional. We are very pleased with the quality and results and would recommend hiring Finished Basements Plus."

"We recently remodeled a 100 year-old Craftsman home. We initially discussed the project with Mose Troyer and were very impressed with his knowledge and advice. The project required replacing and replicating a considerable amount of the woodwork. Mose also modified the existing Shaker kitchen cabinets. Modifications included building new cabinets to match the existing ones. He also adjusted several cabinets while maintaining the original look of the cabinetry. Mose also completely built an entire wall of pantry cabinets in the Shaker style. He installed new baseboards and window trim. He rebuilt and repaired existing window trim in several other rooms. Mose integrated the repairs to the point that after painting no one could discern that the sill had been repaired. His work was flawless. In addition, he walled off a doorway and built a bookcase with enclosed shelves in the lower half. He installed 10 new doors with hardware in line with the original style of the home. He also installed two barn doors with hardware. He is conscientious and easy to work with. Without his creativity and craftsmanship the project would never have been as successful and we’re thrilled with the results. Without reservation, we highly recommend Mose for cabinetry/carpentry work."

"Greg recently completed a major remodeling project of our second floor, which included the complete renovation of our two second floor full bathrooms, replacement of existing doors, and replacement of all of our trim in all bathrooms, bedrooms, and hallway. Greg also constructed framing and drywall, and a new powder room in our basement which connects our finished half of our basement to an unfinished half of the basement. The bathroom work involved moving walls and significant plumbing modifications due to the total reconfiguration of both bathrooms. We could not be more thrilled with our experience with Greg. His attention to detail and communication with us was second to none. We hired a separate design firm to prepare drawings and specifications for the project. There were a handful of issues that were design related that Greg would quickly coordinate with both the designer and ourselves to resolve the issues. Greg also replaced framing and drywall in our finished basement in 2016 which went as smoothly as this project. I will definitely be recommending Greg to others we know planning a future remodeling project!"

"Trent did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom, exhibiting precision workmanship with having to ensure the walls were square and plumb, as well as leveling the uneven basement floor, and putting in a cool curved shower door. He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"

"Bruce Irving is truly professional, drew a great plan and design for my basement project. Love the design and definitely enhanced my home. Thank you Bruce"

"We were so happy with their workmanship. Jon Smith came out and spent a long time with us creating what we thought was the perfect set up. He had great ideas as you can see by the bar he designed. He was always patient with us. We made a few changes along the way and he was fine with that. He is a very hands on owner and we saw him on a regular basis. Not only does he check on his guys, he works along with them. All of the workers that he had in our home seemed to be trustworthy and they all had respect for Jon. That says a lot about a company. We have recommended them to others who also were very happy with their work."
