We hired Elite Home Remodeling Inc to totally remodel our master bathroom, install flooring in our lower level, and replace a ceiling fan in our great room. The master bathroom, flooring in the basement, and fan in our great room are all stunning. Working with Elite was an easy process from start to finish. We appreciated their assistance with the design and choosing the materials and color scheme. When we walk into the bathroom, we are still a bit shocked with how beautiful it is. The cratsmanship is first-class. The installer always kept us updated and informed about the process, upcoming deliveries, inspections, etc. He was simply first-class in every way. Elite Home Remodeling, Inc did a fantastic job from start to finish. I can not speak highly enough of the process, their work, and the final project.

Elite remodeled our kitchen and first floor 1/2 bath, and we couldn't be happier! It was an extensive project, with walls moved and all the flooring on the first floor replaced with beautiful Amish made hickory. From the design through the finished project, everyone we worked with was so pleasant and professional. They kept us informed every step of the way; there were no delays and no surprises. They went above and beyond what we expected. We looked at several remodeling companies, and I am so glad that we chose to work with Elite. Remodeling our bathroom with Elite was a pleasant experience. We worked with a super friendly and professional team (Chad, Kody, Kurt and Charlie) which made sure that we were taken care of. Design, project management and workmanship were truly professional. They communicated with us clearly and went out of their way to satisfy our concerns. We are so happy with Elite that we have decided to ask them to remodel our kitchen also.

An amazing experience. It was a huge job that took over the whole house but Elite made it as convenient as possible, keeping things clean and functional. Contractors and painters were incredibly cooperative and great at communicating what was happening and what would happen next, asking questions to verify minor preferences and approaches to certain aspects of the job. Even finished the job early. Made a huge project easier (and ultimately better) than I thought it would be. Would definitely hire again.

We worked with Elite on a kitchen remodel and a three-season room addition during 2020 and have been completely happy with the results. From estimate to completion, Robert and his company were great. He was one of the few contractors we spoke with early in the process who was willing to draw up some ideas up front and price them out…the rest were unwilling to do so until we put a sizeable payment down. Everyone, from Robert to the project managers to the carpenters, was willing to listen to our ideas and our needs and helped make them happen. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal. We truly have a kitchen that is customized to what we want. Steve and Rodney were the carpenters in charge of the kitchen, and they were great! They were friendly, clean, courteous and always happy to talk through the project, their progress and any issues they encountered. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, their No. 1 concern was making things right so that we were happy. Mike and Brian handled our three-season room addition, and they were great, doing everything from demo to framing to flooring to finishing. They were always willing to listen to our ideas and make any minor adjustments on the fly. We are extremely happy with their work and the added living space we now have! As with any significant remodeling project, there were unexpected surprises and delays, but these issues were always dealt with in a timely, transparent manner, either by Robert himself, the project managers or the carpenters. We firmly believe in getting what you pay for, and Elite certainly isn’t the cheapest remodeling company out there, nor were they the most expensive. But what you’re paying for – and getting with them – is quality materials, quality work and value. We would highly recommend them for any project.

Elite did an outstanding job! Elite is a 5 stars company, and we cannot be more impressed with their craftsmanship, design, and professional expertise. Robert Harmon, owner, leads a hardworking and talented team. Robert and Tom provided the beautiful designs for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Dave, Ryan, and Brian led our entire project from start to finish. They guided us through all the different options for designs and took our ideas into account. We spoke with other contractors, but Elite provided the best design, price, and process. They removed one wall and created a beautiful open concept kitchen and dining area adding new lighting, new flooring, interior doors, and painting walls and trim. Elite was so client-centered, communicated thoroughly every day, provided project updates, worked efficiently and completed our project on time. It’s been about a month since completion. We love to cook in our new kitchen, especially our teens who cook almost every day! We are so happy to have worked with Elite and will hire them for future projects. My wife and I met with Amber Harmon to discuss remodeling our master bathroom. We had several design meetings, and Amber was very helpful in guiding us to a great design, so we decided to go with Elite to do the remodel. The remodel consisted of a full demolition of the bathroom - everything went except for the bathroom closet. New sinks, countertops, cabinets, toilet, shower, tub, and floor. Additionally, a soffit was removed to make the bathroom feel bigger, and tile was put on the bathroom walls. The remodel itself went very well. Dave was the lead for the project, and we were very happy with the work he did. He kept us in the loop the entire time of the remodel - lots of communication, which we appreciated. And the bathroom turned out great. It's been two months since the bathroom was completely finished, and we enjoy using it every day!

About 4 years ago Elite completely remodeled my kitchen. They were great to work with then and I love the kitchen every day. So this spring when I had some other projects in mind, I contacted Amber their designer. At the top of my list was refinishing the oak floors. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to squeeze me in during August. The project was supervised by Steve who was excellent to work with. He came out before the work began and walked me through the process. The actual team of subcontractors (Aaron, Gabe and Brian) worked steadily and efficiently. After sanding the floors, I needed help choosing the right stain. They painted options on the floor and helped me think through the one that best suited my needs. Even though they were on a schedule, they never "rushed" my decision. The floors were finished in 5 days and they look wonderful. Steve then came back to finish the strip around the baseboards and to help me re position my furniture. This is a quality organization that hires quality workers. I always am pleased with their work and I always enjoy working with them.

Great experience! We have done 2 projects with them and they are great to work with Sam on the first project was very good and did a great job. Kody, Mike and Art on the master bath remodel were very patient and easy to work with. Very happy with the finished product. We ran into a few bumps with COVID causing a disruption but everything was worked out quickly and resolved satisfactorily. They come back to take care of any small details after the job quickly. My only suggestion is to have someone like Mike or Kody at some of the initial meetings to make the details go smoother, there was some confusion on the part of our designer about what could and could not be done. Kody and Mike and Jarod were wonderful about explaining things and making sure everything went well and coming up with solutions. We would not hesitate to use them again!

We could not be happier with the outcome of our project or our experience with Elite. We were impressed from the beginning with the detailed estimate and professionally drawn plans. Amber was budget conscience and walked us through the entire design process. The construction process was seamless and completed as promised. Construction staff were courteous, respectful of our home and provided quality workmanship. While Elite's estimate was not the lowest we received, we were impressed with their level of professionalism, transparency and fair pricing. There were no surprises with budget or time-frames. We believe we received great value for our investment.

02/28/13 contract signed for $28,412.00. Tile floor was installed, absolutely terrible job. Several tiles were sticking up at the corners. Those tiles removed and replaced, still not right. 06/03/2013 Robert & Janet Harmon stopped by to look at the situation, it was determined that the entire floor had to come up and replace all tile. 06/22/14, three employees came by hammered and broke up the tile floor. Work began installing the new tile. As a side note: all of the thin set and backerboard from the original install was left and new thin set was put over top. The installer used levelers to make sure that all of the tiles were even. It worked. Now let's fast forward. 09/12/2017, we noticed a "popping" sound when we walked on the tile floor, one tile had four cracks across it, another had come completely loose. I went to see Robert Harmon, I showed him videos of the floor popping and tapping on it, it sounded hollow. Robert sent an employee to check it out, sure enough he said that they were coming loose. Robert did say that if we could find any of the tiles they would come and replace the few that were loose, the tile pattern had been discontinued. Robert also stated that he would not replace the entire floor. He did offer up a labor rate of $55.00 per hour to replace the floor. Granted, four years had passed before we noticed the popping and loose tiles. My wife and I are not large people, so the floor didn't get a lot of pressure put on it during that time. Now here we are at the end of 2020, I can go to 95% of the kitchen tiles and pull them completely up with little to no effort. The problem comes from putting two layers of thin set, then adding the levelers (which pulled the tiles away from the thin set). NOW I HAVE A $4,547.00 FLOOR THAT IS WORTHLESS DUE TO INEXPERIENCE AND POOR WORKMANSHIP. I HAVE PHOTO DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT MY CLAIM! THE THREE TILES THAT I LIFTED UP HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO THINSET ON THE BOTTOM SIDE, YOU CAN STILL SEE THE TROWL RIDGES INDICATING THAT THE TILE WAS NOT PROPERLY SET FROM THE BEGINNING.

We worked with Elite with our recent Kitchen remodel. Amber was super helpful with bringing our vision to life. This was a major remodel with knocking down walls and opening up our living room to our kitchen. It was very comforting knowing everything was taken care of, including all the permits. We could not be more pleased with how it turned out!

My husband and I have wanted to remodel our kitchen for around 15 years. Elite Home Remodeling was recommended by a neighborhood friend. The showroom examples, various style options, expert advise and excellent communication Kody offered from the onset made this an enjoyable experience. The craftsmanship of our cabinets is exquisite; the ability to customize made our kitchen showroom quality. I appreciated always having the same two men working on our project — answering questions with patience and care. The versatility of skills Nic S. wields is impressive. Elite did the remodeling of two bathrooms. Staff was so nice and worked very clean which is important to me. Tile work was wonderful. Top notch work. They really work on details. I highly recommend them.

We worked with Shawn and Cody who did all the major carpentry work, Jerry did the electric and Charlie the painting. They were always professional, on time, and worked their tails off. The way Elite works is that you are assigned a crew who works on your job from beginning to end. None of that being pulled away to another job BS, or waiting for parts, materials, etc. These things are ordered and waiting in the wings for your job. The process was smooth and seamless, with the total remodel time at about 8 weeks. We had 4 other companies do estimates, and are so very happy we chose this family run business to do our remodel. We recommend them without reservation.

Elite was excellent! Chad was very helpful in getting the estimates done. (I say estimates because we changed things several times resulting in a new estimate each time.) The guys that did the lions share of the construction were David and Matthew. David was a perfectionist when setting tile. He gave me ideas and I gave him a few and the end result could not be better. Matthew is a great carpenter too. But best of all, they were great with coordinating their work with the other trades, careful with my home and friendly. I had no worries about them working in my home when I was at work. Charlie was a great painter and made sure every surface he painted was perfect. I can't remember the electricians names, but they made sure everything was done correctly including upgrading my electrical panel. The whole experience was relatively painless. I would have them work for me any day of the week and have recommended them to friends. One didn't listen and ended up disappointed with the quality of work done on her bathroom gut and remodel. In fact she had to redo some of their work. Hire Elite and that won't happen to you.

Our project with Elite was a grand undertaking which they delivered on in every aspect. Robert was great to work with and a significant amount of thanks and appreciation goes to Scott for his hard work, attention to detail and professionalism throughout our four month project (props to Rodney, Steve and Nick as well). We remodeled almost our entire first floor. Moved walls, raised beams, closed doors, made new doors, removed a fireplace, built a coffered ceiling and refinished hardwood floors...I forgot; they also installed a complete kitchen including custom cabinets and countertops and all new appliances too! Any hiccups we encountered were easily resolved along the way. We are so happy with the finished project and would recommend Elite to anyone. Fantastic job!

We met with Matt on July 1 to discuss a kitchen and bath remodel. We spent over an hour taking about what we wanted and shared our thoughts about timelines and budgets. It’s been over 3 months and we haven’t heard from him since. We would understand if there had been some communication, but we've heard nothing. Quite frankly, we’re confused. Was the job not big enough? Did he not think we were sincere about doing the remodel? We have since moved on, but if you want a contractor who is going to be respectful and will communicate with you, this is not the company to employ.

The project went well thanks to my daily man on the job Joe and John. They were so easy to have in the house. We have two large dogs that miss the company.Thanks to the clear plans and design by Matt that had the layout finalized and items ordered ahead of the start date. If you want Elite to do your remodel you can not be in a hurry. We were committed to the wait time because we wanted Elite . Signed contract in August and project started April 8 as planned. Completed in 7 weeks. Our project included wall removal, kitchen remodel, hardwood flooring in living room, dining room, kitchen & foyer. Charlie did a wonderful whitewash of the fireplace. I can not say enough about the craftsmanship of Bill who designed and built a new mantle. Jerry and Bobby (electrician) worked very diligently to find a new path for the electrical lines once the walls were down. When we had questions Jared was quick to help problem solve options. Thanks to Elite for working together to complete our project. We are very pleased with our home remodel. We would highly recommend Elite.

Elite did our complete kitchen remodel and we love the results! We had all the cabinets, counters, floors and lighting redone, took down two walls, and installed a peninsula and it looks beautiful. From the beginning, everyone with Elite was professional and prompt. Amber, the designer, got in touch with us right and away and was amazingly helpful through the design/quote process. She made sure she knew what our needs were and continued to listen as we made decisions along the way. When the team arrived for the walk-through we had to make some adjustments based on what they found but once they got started, the project stayed close to on time. Denny and Josh, the day-to-day workers, were easy to have in our house; they answered our questions, cleaned up after themselves, and even shoveled the driveway for me a few times when my car was snowed in. Plus they were just friendly folks to have around. The workers who came to stain the floors were patient as we tried to match the old floors, and Denny and Josh worked with us to get just the right stain for the trim. Dave, the project manager, was always responsive over email and was willing to answer any question or concern. Overall, the message we got from everyone was that would do whatever they had to do to make us happy. And they did. We had to wait several months to get on their schedule but it was totally worth the wait and we will be calling them back for our next project.

Planning, Detailed, Communication, On-Schedule, Great People - Outcome = Perfection Before contracting with another local company to remodel our kitchen and update our flooring, we happened across an article in the local Westerville magazine about Elite Home Remodeling. They had great reviews and the pictures looked really good. We invited them to our house for an initial meeting; what a great decision! Chad Hoffman, Design Consultant arrived for his first home visit with great listening skills, ideas, questions, pictures and potential! We spent time getting to know Chad, visited the shop/store to see, feel and experience some of the options Chad had presented. After checking references, we knew Elite had “the right stuff” to be guests in our home. We had some lead time before the project started and that gave us a chance to visit various suppliers recommended by Elite and make selections for the project. The decorating committee, my wife and daughter, had a wonderful time investigating the options and consulting with Chad on their ideas. Chad even went the extra mile and asked his talented wife Julie to join us in making paint selections! The project was underway and Jared, Ryan and Rodney were assigned to our project. They were always on time, professional, detailed and never satisfied until “it” looked perfect. If something was a shade off in color, Jared mentioned it to us and had a plan ready before we could even say a word – that’s why we selected Elite Home Remodeling. Step by step, our project evolved and so did our relationship with our crew. We found, as you will that these folks can be trusted with your home and your pets, even when you can’t be there! The project took almost two months. At times progress seemed slow but the over result we are very pleased with. Jim and Nic did a great job with all the work. They cleaned up each day and were very accommodating to help keep our house as functional as possible during the renovation. They also were responsive to questions and concerns along the way. We also love the design that Amber came up with for the kitchen. We wanted to open up a wall so the kitchen connected with the great room. Other contractors gave us expensive quotes that only involved making a window in the wall. Amber was able to design a plan that allowed us to completely remove the wall and install a large island. This gave us a very practical open design and the island added a ton of useful storage and space. If we ever move and need another kitchen Reno we know where to go!
