"I hired Premium7construction and had the pleasure working with Ken. I needed my bathroom remodeled and the job done was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courtesy and had great ideas and suggestions. He paid close attention to details and went out of his way to bring samples of paint, tiles, and fixtures that he felt would best fit from what I wanted. He worked long hours and finished in a timely manner. I ended up getting more remodeling done in my bedroom and was very satisfied with the work that was done. I would highly recommend premium7construction to anyone who is looking for an affordable, professional, and dedicated company."

"This is the third full basement remodel performed for me by this company. Todd and his team did an excellent job in design and finishing. All work was permitted and was performed on time at the quoted price. We are thrilled with the results!! I would highly recommend this company for basement finishing and renovation."

"Trent did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom, exhibiting precision workmanship with having to ensure the walls were square and plumb, as well as leveling the uneven basement floor, and putting in a cool curved shower door. He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"

Their transparent communication made the process stress-free. We highly recommend David Richards Home Improvements for any basement project. They deliver exceptional results you'll love."

"Nick Shivers does excellent work in a timely manner! He replaced 4 doors in home that was built the 1890s so you can assume that youâ ll find all sorts of complications but he easily navigated all problems and came up with great solutions to make each door look superb. Truly a craftsman and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get work done. 10/10"

"What a wonderful young man to work with. He installed my ceiling fans and pendant lights over my island. He was such a nice young man and was so efficient in his work. Will be using his service again."

"We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"

"Wonderful company. Will recommend them for all household renovations."
