"I was very impressed at the skill of the workers, they had a tough job removing 9 large trees that were all along a driveway sandwiched between my house and my neighbors house, they barely had enough room to work but they pulled it off flawlessly. they lifted the trees over my house with the crane after cutting them it was something to watch, very professional."

"Jimmy was wonderful to work with, and responded immediately to my request. He is an arborist who loves trees, so I felt he truly cared about taking care of the other trees on my property. We had a massive 200-year old, 80' tree that needed to come down. It was located 20' from my barn and amongst other trees. They did not damage any of these. There was minimal damage to our lawn, even though well over 100 trees were cleared for our new home build."

Customers say: Super punctual

"Cody and crew removed one large maple from a tight spot in my back yard as well as an overgrown magnolia tree from up against the front of my house. They also removed a row of hedge from around my pool. They showed up as promised and promptly to start the job. They were highly skilled and worked diligently to get the entire job completed on time. Clean up was also very acceptable. They were courteous and professional. I would absolutely hire Ramsey and Family Tree Service for anything related to tree removal or trimming."

"We hired LauComplete to trim a large oak that was damaging our roof. They were so quick at fixing the problem and my husband and I are so happy how it turned out and the tree looks so much better and healthier! Thank you, Mario and Josie"

Arborists questions, answered by experts

It enhances property aesthetics, improves tree health, and prevents safety hazards.

It may not be worth it to rake every leaf in your yard, but it’s necessary to remove the majority of leaves to prevent them from smothering grass growth on your lawn. However, raking leaves isn’t your only option for leaf removal. You can remove leaves easily with a leaf blower or compost or mulch them with your lawn mower to repurpose them to help grow your garden or yard.

Some people prefer to leave or even carve a leftover stump, but we recommend removing it if possible. You can often dig out smaller trunks with a shovel once they have died and dried out. You can have stumps professionally removed, or request a service to grind them down to ground level so they can be replaced with other landscaping or objects.

The safest way to cut down a tree is to make sure you’re completely prepared and have done all the necessary safety checks, including double-checking your equipment is in good working order, you have plenty of clearance to fell the tree, you’re wearing all the safety gear, and you have a partner to help you (who should also be wearing safety gear).

The costs vary from $250 to $5,000 per tree, depending on the size, complexity of the trimming, and labor.
